My weird birthday

It was my 9th birthday and I was excited. Of course I was! Who isn't?!? I was at splash swimming with some friends: Andy,Marianne, Jain, and more.

-2 hour skip brought by magic!-

It was time for presents after cake. I got starburst, a camera, some bracelets, lotion, cat PJs, and then it was my mom's present. I wanted a puppy really bad that year. I guess you could say I got what I wanted. Later my mom told me it was just supposed to be a cat blanket but there was also a fluffy puppy. I laughed as the puppy licked my face. Everyone awwwed. Except for Andy and my mom. They just stared back and forth between me, the puppy, and each other.
