To my Diary:

It's been a quite tough start of the year, a start of Spring; with documents needed to sign, a whole bunch of letters to be submitted to the university of my choice 'The Universal School of Talented', more and more bills to be paid after my birthday getaway last month's last week in Boracay Island - known as the White Sands of the Pearl of the South...it's been really stressful honestly.

It's not true that the more talented you are, the easier you would get into the course you'd really like. Especially, when you came from abroad, as I did as I was from Fragrant Harbour - where East meets West as they say... I chose BS in Hotel, Restaurant and Management (HRM) but I got into AB Communication Arts. It really upsets me sometimes because I really tried my best in their entrance exam. And when I went online on their website, I couldn't see my scores. So, we visited them and they refused to show me my scores, I guess some things aren't meant to be known.

This University offers different courses, from AB, BS to Master's and even PhD's. It nationally-acclaimed and worldwide-known, for example they have connections with other universities back in Fragrant Harbour. As they pleased my eyes and other eligible freshmen, their campus grounds are so beautiful, full of culture from the Spanish-Romanesque Era, with Spanish Architecture, Gothic spires, sculptures, portraits of the past's Popes and Saints, and patterns. A lot of people really want to get in into this one, you see...

Anyway, last week in Boracay was awe-spiring, exciting, full of sights and a wonderful holiday birthday package! We also met a puppy along the way, I'd cite my cousin saying "It's my spirit animal." We stayed in at a hotel, and at a resort. The hotel was modern in interior aspects, but it was further from the beaches of Boracay. So, for the last night, we stayed near by the beach, at a resort.

It really amazes me that certain moments in life aren't supposed to be counted in seconds but by the means of emotions you felt and expressed that time.
