"What's going on?"

Your POV:

Dreams. Dreams of the wildest adventures occurred in my head. I slayed monsters, looted dungeons, and a witch even cast a curse on me, which changed me into a man for a month. It was excruciating annoying to figure out why I always felt so sweaty.

Then suddenly everything went black as I hugged one of my friends.

I woke up literal seconds later under the covers of an infirmary bed. Sitting up, I took in my surroundings and realized I was in Master Phantomhive's mansion.

"Wha...how..? What's going on?" I asked quietly, getting utter silence as a response. I leaped off the mattress, sending the covers flying, and landed on my feet with ease. "If my leg is healed, just how long was I out for..?" I thought, walking towards the door.

When I opened the only exit in the room, a crash of glass and water echoed in the hallway.

I jumped in fright and looked behind the door to see a broken vase of flowers and Mey Rin lying on her butt.

"Ow~~~...Who the heck ope-..." she questioned aloud, stopping when she spotted me.

A long pause hung in the air as we both stared at each other.

"...Y/...N?" Mey Rin muttered in confusion. "Is it really you?"

I nodded and stepped completely out in the hallway, finally realizing I was wearing a hospital dress.

She jumped up and tackle hugged me to the ground, squealing with tears. "You finally woke up!" She screamed.

I hugged her back lightly, still dazed and groggy from just waking up. "Mey Rin, what's going on? How long was I asleep?" I questioned.

She continued to bawl in relief for several minutes. After she finally composed herself, she answered me by whispering "n-nearly two months. Sebastian accidentally put you in a coma..."

I smiled a little and stretched a bit. I hadn't felt so refreshed in my entire life. "Time to go reward my master for giving me such wonderful beauty sleep." I thought while poking Mey Rin's nose. (BOOP!!! *laughs maniacally*) "Glad to be back and I think I'll go see Sebastian right away to show him that I'm alright." I decided out loud, getting her to smile.

"Th-that sounds like a great idea! I'll clean up this mess while you go cheer up Sebastian-sama. He's been so down in the dumps after what happened." She cheered, her voice turning to a mutter at the end while pouting.

I got up and raced off to our room, waving to Mey Rin before she began to pick up some broken glass. I arrived at his door in less than a few minutes and stared at it, imagining what looks would appear on his face when he saw me. I silently giggled at a few of them and turned the knob, spotting him lying face down on the bed, his face stuffed into a pillow.

"I swear to Satan, if you ask me to cheer up again Mey Rin, I'll tell Master Ciel about everything you've broken this month..!" He half-shouted into the feather-filled cushion.

I stepped back out into the hallway and entered the room again with complete silence before shutting the door.

Sebastian sighed loudly. "Y/N~~~...I hope you can forgive me..." he muttered softly.

I swiftly turned into my cat form, unintentionally letting my hospital dress quietly fall to the floor, and I jumped up onto the end of the bed. I got lucky since his muttering made him miss the noise of the bedsheets moving. I changed back to my cat girl form and laid down on his back. "Ya'know, master...it's impolite to yell at a lady...but I want to give you something for letting my body rest for such a long time." I cooed into his ear.

Sebastian's eyes grew to the size of dessert plates, his breathing became ragged, and he clutched the pillow under his face tightly. "Y...Y/N..?" He called out in a hushed whisper.

"It's me alright...now can I have a kiss from the man I love?" I asked, getting him to swiftly turn around and pull me against his chest.

"I'd be absolutely delighted to!" He shouted, kissing me deeply.

I knew I made the right choice to show myself to him now...
