A/N: This update is earlier than I wanted it. It was going to be updated next week but then I realised that I wasn't actually here. The place I'm going to has no wifi or internet so I wouldn't be able to update. Anyways here's the update!!!
Chapter 4: Common Room Drama
"Pureblood!" Tom told the wall. To begin with nothing happened until the bricks started to disappear and create an archway. Inside the archway was dark with bits of green and silver on the walls. Slap bang in the middle of one wall, was a massive fireplace. However instead of orange flames, the flames were green. The couches and armchairs were a dark, almost black, green. The first years jaws dropped to the floor, causing Tom to smirk at them. I raised my eyebrow at their reactions, Tom stared at me still smirking. "Well go on, the wall won't stay open forever!" Tom snapped at them. They quickly ran in, I laughed at them.
"They're going to be petrified of you, y'know." I told him, he raised an eyebrow at me.
"It's better than them always coming up to me. Same goes to you, the wall doesn't wait on us." Tom strolled through the archway, I shook my head but followed him in. Inside, every Slytherin were sat in their separate groups chatting and messing around. In one corner, was Daisy Parkinson and her minions. In another one, was a group of suspicious boys who separated themselves from everyone as much as possible. The first years had run off to their dorms, not wanting to get mixed up with the older students. Tom had walked over to the boys, they stopped their quite conversation once he joined them. Tom said something to me and they all looked at me, I smirked back at them. I felt a tap on my shoulder,
"Aww your all alone with nobody to back you up. Did you actually think you and Tommy could be friends?" It was bitch face Parkinson. Her minions laughed loudly, well they actually squealed like pigs in my opinion.
"Aww you need people to back you up. Do you actually think I care about 'Tommy'? And do you actually think he cares about you? This is all for attention isn't?" I asked her sweetly, she scoffed.
"I don't need attention, I've already got Tommy's full attention." This made me clutch my sides and laugh.
"Darling you have a while till April Fools', save it till then." I couldn't contain my laughter. By then we had the whole common room's attention, even the first years had come out to see the drama. "Sweetie you don't need to cause a scene to get anybody's attention, your clothes have caught everyone's!"
"SHUT UP!" She screeched, and swatted at me. I just got out of the way, but she caught my cheek.
"Calm down! Or turn it down a notch, I would much rather be able to hear tomorrow along with others. Some people actually listen in class." I replied, rubbing my ear for effect. Parkinson looked over my shoulder and brought tears to her eyes, I smirked.
"Tommy! Stop her!" She whined. Oh dear what is Tom going to do, I thought. Tom appeared next to me, was he always there.
"What exactly can I do?" He asked, everybody stared at him. Parkinson stared to cry some more, "You did start it Parkinson." Another boy came up behind Parkinson, and held her protectively. Must be her pig of a brother. I stared at the pair of them.
"Back off slut! You don't know what your starting!" Her brother said, I laughed mockingly and whipped my wand out.
"Sweetheart you don't know what your starting! FLIPENDO!" He went flying backwards into a wall. Parkinson screamed and went to go help him. I turned to Tom, who looked surprised but then went back to an emotionless face. "Where's my dorm?" He gestured for me to follow him and showed me where it was.
"If you do something like again Miss Frepn, I'll have to take away house points." He told, I shook my head.
"You could've have stopped it at any given point but you didn't, why? You knew one of them was going to get hurt, why didn't you stop me?" I asked curious. Tom looked straight into my eyes, after a few moments he looked away.
"It's none of you business." After that he walked away.
"But it is Tom." I whispered to myself before going into my room.
