Unrequited Love

::Galaxy of love::

The first time I saw him my knees melted and my body felt like a million feathers floating towards the sky. I remember when I snuck out of my house at midnight to meet him in the clearing to smoke cigarettes and drink small bottles of liquor at early hours of the morning.

We were only twelve. We laughed all night high off this feeling of being alive, the moonlight kissing  our innocent skin like perfume. I remember his laugh so clear and contagious like the plague. I remember laying there in the field looking up at the stars and then each other and getting lost in the galaxy of love in each others eyes.

I will never forget those memories I have Burned I my brain from when we were twelve. It's been a decade and my lips yearned for those soft kisses and to to lay there in pure serenity under the night sky.

I will never feel as free and open as I did that December night when I laid with you under the Canadian sky watching the aurora boarealis dance and glow in its neon wonder against the dank sky as we dragged a few cigarettes and blew out the smoke that disappeared into the dank night sky.

To this day I feel so open and free and Innocent when I think about you now. I gaze at the sky and imagine your arms circling my ribs bringing me against your Chest listening to your heart beat in time with mine.

In this moment I want the world to melt way...

I think back to when we were a little older and you took me to prom and then we snuck into an abandoned building giggling like Mad with alcohol that wasn't ours. And you grabbed my hips and pulled me in and that was the moment the ocean crashed against my chest and my heart throbbed against my heart. I opened my mouth an  engulfed the suffocation if love and lust and dreams and youth and dined on your lips filled with everything I wanted and more..

Oh how I longed that feeling again...
