My body reacted when I was close to the ground,muscle memory kicked in and my wings cushioned my crash landing. I looked around and it turns out I made a crater near a tree, a large tree that had skinny loose branches that curved into a shape of a bowl, suddenly I heard voices around me but I couldn't make out who was talking due to the dust. There were some noise 's that sounded familiar, so familiar I have not heard it since family gatherings. A camera? If so I'm in a modern city. I wanted to think I was harmless, so I have to do a bit of acting.
"Help me, anybody " I made my voice sound weak.
To my surprise 4 figures came to my aid but those four were...animals?! Two lions , a cheetah ,and a tiger were on their both back legs walking and carrying me. I shook my head too see if I hit my head,but to my realization, no. They wore modern clothes and I just realized my pants were burnt off from the lightning , also my shirt was torn from something. They put me beside another tree that was just a young one. The animals were chatting in a crowd,some too pictures others were calling family members over to see me.
"At least they have a government here" I mumbled under my breath."Wait" a thought came to my head "If there is a government, then there is a police force, maybe I can join,I'm more than qualified". Out in the distance I can hear siren 's coming closer by the second.
