All the memories we had
Suddenly came back.
The fun times we had
All rushed into me head.
But now, I'm not good enough.
And am now left
With what we had.
And I'm okay with that.
At first I was disappointed,
Sad, depressed, and pathetic.
But now I'm excited.
I've accepted reality.
I don't know how long
It will last.
But for now I'm perfect.
With the memories from the past.
