II felt someone hitting my arm. I groaned, and rolled over. I was guessing it was Winter, but I couldn't be sure.

"Ignore it, and it will go away," I mutter under my breath. Probably not the best thing to say, because as soon as I said that the person hit me.

"Ow! Winter! What the heck," I yelled. I looked up to see a very angry Winter. She looked as if she was about to kick the crap out of me. She was about to say something when a new voice chimed in.

"You're going to miss breakfast of you don't get up soon, and this time I will have Dorothea clean it up." Crap. As soon as I heard the voice I knew exactly who it was. Who else has a silky voice that can sound so harsh at the same time?

"Hey Abigall. How are you this morning? Beautiful morning, isn't it?" I say sheepishly. She looks at me with amusement on her face. Her hair is in a bun again, but this time she isn't in a business suit, but in a pair of bunny pajama pants and a purple tank top. I expected her to say something, but Winter beat her to it.

"It is a beautiful morning. That is why you are going to get up, so you don't miss it," Winter says. Ugh! She is so loud. I give in, and motion the girls out of my room to get dressed.

I expected nothing to be in my closet when I opened it, but to my surprise it was full of a lot of shirts, pants, and shorts. I pull jeans, and a tee shirt down. I quickly pull them on, and walk down the stairs. As I do the scent of bacon fills my nose, and my mouth immediately waters.

I walked into the kitchen, and the sight frightened me. My mom and dad were kissing each other goodbye. My mom is helping Abigall out with the company, and to my understanding getting paid pretty well for it. My dad is just working at the company.

"Ugh! Mother, father please we are in a guests house. We do not need to scar her for life," I say Abigall's presence. Abigall looked up from a book she was reading to say something.

"I am completely fine with it. It looks like the only one uncomfortable here is you. By the way did you start learning French yet," Abigall asked me with joy in her voice. Everyone looked at me with astonishment. I let a blush creep up my cheeks, but then forced my cheeks to go back to their original color. Soon after I was left alone in the kitchen. Abigall left with my father to go to the company, mom went to run errands for Abigall, Romeo went out with friends, and Winter was somewhere in the house. It was a huge house, and I had no intention of looking for her.

I decided to explore around the house some more. I walked around into the garden. It was a beautiful garden. I'm not really into gardens, but it had butterflies everywhere, and the flowers were all different colors. I went and sat down on a bench, and before I knew it I fell asleep on the bench. I woke up to Winter holding a glass of ice tea in front of me. I took it and thanked her. She sat down next to me, and for a while we sat in a comfortable silence.

"She's different than I expected her to be, huh? I thought that maybe the reason that grandpappy stole from her company is because she was a terrible person, but she isn't. She's nice. She even made sweet tea for me, and she seems to really like you. I am even allowed to read all of the books in her library. She has thousands of books," Winter said. I knew she was talking about Abigall. I chose to ignore her about the fact that Abigall liked me.

Unlike me Winter was a huge nerd. I guess that's why Abigall and her got along so well. Winter knew like 5 languages, and she read more than anyone I knew. Winter even looked like she was to smart to be 16. Winter has dark brown hair and purple glasses.

"Winter, I know it's hard to accept, but our grandfather wasn't the man we thought he was. Oh, and I am glad you found someone who reads as much as you do. You are such a geek though. I see you are hitting it off with Romeo," I say. As soon as I said the bot about my grandfather Winter looked like she was about to cry. I pulled her into a sweet hug. She cried into me. She needed to understand that our grandfather was truly just a thief.

After a while she stopped crying, and looked at me with red eyes. She might have been younger than me, but she was so mature that everyone thought that she was older than me. I was so used to it that it didn't bother me any more. She got up, and reached for the door knob. Right before she opened the door she turned around to look at me.

"Just so you know, Romeo and I are none of your business, but yes I do like him. I don't know if he likes me, but I don't want you interrogating him either. Or I will tell Abigall that you love her, and don't deny it. Abigall is the only one who hasn't noticed your affection for her," Winter stated. She left the garden, and left me at a total loss.

Though Winter was right about one thing. I was starting to like Abigall more than I should. It scared me. She was the CEO of the biggest trading company, and I am... unimportant and useless. Heck. I am the grandchild of the man that stole millions to billions of dollars from her company. Besides I have only known her for a day. I can't like her. I don't even know her.
