Nicole's POV

A few days past and me and Travis are starting to become really good friends! He's a really cool guy who is also super funny!! The meet & greet dance is tonight and I kinda wanna go with Dante...

D: So Nicole you and that Travis dude are becoming... Good friends

N: Why do you keep saying stuff about Travis in that tone?

D: I don't trust him

N: Don't trust him? Dante he is an innocent kid that can't do any harm, and he's a good friend! I usually text him when I get home just so I can--

D: I have to go talk to a teacher, I'll see you around

N: he walked away before I could say anything which was odd, but he is part of student council so he has stuff to do. I sat down bored and I was about to go look for Travis until all I heard was people cheering and shouting fight, I wanted to check it out cause I was bored anyways so I walked down the hall to watch it

Travis POV

T: Dante was punching and kicking me all I could do was sit there with my hands over my head

D: *he grabbed Travis's arms and moved them so he could punch him in the face with the other*

T: while he kept punching me... There she was Nicole! How embarrassing... Now she knows I can't even put up a fight...

N: Travis!!! *pushes Dante away from Travis* What is wrong with you Dante?!

D:.......

N: Travis has never done anything wrong to you!!

T: Nicole was just yelling at Dante, its kinda nice to know that Nicole wasn't just gonna stand and watch me get my butt kicked.

T: A few minutes past and everyone left except Nicole, and I was just sitting there in pain...

Nicole's POV

N: I can't believe dante would do this!!! *gets on knees next to Travis* Are you ok?!

T: *he shrugs*

N: hey you don't look that bad! That was until he looked up at me, he had a bruise on left cheek and a black eye already and a busted lip

T: I feel like a total... Idiot!

N: Why?!

T: I just sat there while I was getting beat up

N: Well then why didn't you fight back?!

T: Because you guys are Friends... I didn't want you to think I was a bad person

N: Right away I felt like Travis getting hurt was my fault!! I wanted to hug him and say sorry..

N: hmm... Do you have a date to that dance? *stands up*

T: no and I'm not go-

N: Great, you'll be going as my date *pulls Travis up*

T: Wait.. What?

Travis POV

T: her eyes locked with mine... Just like last time

N: So I'll see you at the dance? *she smiled*

T: her smile was so beautiful and it made my face warm... AGAIN! *looks at ground* Yea...

N: Ok! Bye Travis *walks to class*

T: Me! And Nicole!! Going to the dance!! Together!!!!!
