I groaned and sat up and rubbed the sleep from my eyes and turned of the alarm, I quickly walked into to the bathroom and took a quick shower, I brushed my teeth and combed my hair and got dressed I grabbed my backpack and walked down stairs. I walked to my mom's bedroom door I knocked "mom" I whispered "uughhhh I AM UP" yelled my mom I ran away from the door and grabbed a granola bar and walked out the door.
I walked into my first period class, I sat in my seat but Josh was on the chair next to mine but I was trying to avoid I contact but I could feel his eyes pouring into my soul, I didn't know if he was still staring so I stole a glance and of course he was staring I wrote on a paper that he shouldn't be staring I threw it and it landed on his desk he read the paper and he smirked he wrote on the paper and threw it on my desk I opened the paper and it said, how could I not stare at something so gorgeous like a master piece! I looked over and he had a smirked plastered on his face I blushed a bright tomato red.
After class ended I barely had had any notes taken because I was distracted by Josh.
Josh's Pov
I ran up to Hazel because I wanted to spend some times with my mate "Hazel!" I yelled trying to catch up to her she turned around and stopped walking "yes?" "I uh I was wondering if you wanted to hang out today I wanted to get to know you" I had to wait for her answer because she was thinking "uh sure" "ok see you later Hazel" I had a big smile on my face.
I went to gym class so I wouldn't be late "JOSH" I looked over to see my best friend Nathan waving for me to come over, I ran over to him "hey man I think I found my mate her name is Paige, she so gorgeous and sweet" Nathan Was smiling so hard, I was smiling big for him and for me "that's good because I found my mate to her name is Hazel" we did a secret handshake "OH" said Nathan "what man?" He was grinning "there bestfriends" "nice" I said.
After gym ended we had lunch I went up to Hazel "Hazel um come sit with me and my friend Nathan and also bring Paige" she looked confused but said ok.
Alana's Pov
I went up to Paige "Paige Josh wants us to sit with him and Nathan"
"Ok" she said we were walking over to the table but we were stopped by a boy named Kyle, Kyle was in love with Paige
"Hi Paige" said Kyle with a hug grin He put his hands on her shoulder she didn't looked scared her face was emotionless "I was wondering if you wanted to hang with me later at my place you know?" he looked at her waiting for her response she shrugged her shoulders "Um I will think about it" Paige smiled "Alright" said Kyle He bent his head down and kissed her on her neck and kissed her softly on her cheek.
Josh's Pov
When I sat down at the table Nathan was already sitting down I looked over to see kyle talking to Paige I knew this was not a good sign so started to talk to Nathan to make sure he couldn't see Kyle talking to Paige "So uh Nathan man whatcha got planned today?" he looked up from his phone "Uh nothing I am gonna ask Paige to hang out with me later" I had to come up with something to keep him distracted "That's cool maybe we could go on a double date" "Josh what's wrong with you, I know you, you don't do the double dating thing" damn I was caught "Uh well people change you know" "seriously Josh what's wrong someth- what the hell does he think he is doing kissing my girl!" Nathan let out a low growl, Kyle was a dead man.
I got up from the table and stood in front of Nathan "Come on Nate he's not worth it" but it was to late his eyes were pitch black he pushed me away and made his way over to Kyle
Hazel's Pov
Kyle was walking over to Kyle his eyes were pitch black? What the hell? "KYLE TAKE YOUR HANDS OFF OF HER NOW" yelled making everyone flinch Kyle turned around to face Nathan "Nathan what are you gonna do if I don't" said Kyle calmly "I WILL MAKE YOU REGRET IT" Nathan yelled. Kyle turned around and started planting kisses on Paige's jaw next thing you knew Kyle and Nathan were throwing punches at each other there was blood everywhere, Josh came and tried to pull Nathan off of Kyle before he ended up killing the guy but he couldn't he came up to Paige "Paige I need you to help me calm down Nathan it won't make sense know but I just need you to help me" "ok" she said she walked over to Nathan and started to whisper things to Nathan and he stopped punching Kyle and got up off of him "Next time you lay a finger or even breath around her I will kill you!" said Nathan.
Nathan and Paige walked off to get him cleaned up while they left Kyle to lay there with a broken nose and busted lip and a black eye, everyone went back to what they were doing acting like nothing happened and started gossiping about what had just happened. At the end of the day I went home to get ready for my date with kyle I couldn't wait to go out with him we was such a nice and sweet person but it was liked he hid things from me.
