We got out of the car and walked into Lauren's back yard. A bunch of people were in the pool and the other people were doing other stupid things. Ugh I hate parties. Lauren walked over towards us.
"Taylor! So glad you could make it!" She hugged him. Did she not see me? I walked over and put my arm around Taylor and glared at her.
"Oh right, you're here, too." She snarled.
"Yep. I'm here!" I smiled.
"Who's your friend, Tay Tay?" She asked confused. Ugh really, Tay Tay?
"This is actually May's friend Kaylie." He smiled.
"I'm assuming you're the bitch." Kaylie snarked.
"Yep, that's me. Full time bitch, Lauren Baker!" She smiled. She didn't even deny that she was a bitch.
"Well, I'm going to go over by the pool, see you later Tay Tay!" She winked. She is seriously the most annoying person on earth.
"Hey do you mind if I go over there with Wes and Ryan?" Taylor asked.
"No, not at all!" I smiled.
"Okay catch ya later babe." He kissed me and then went off with his dumb jock friends. Now it was just me and Kaylie.
"Okay, why did you tell Taylor I was jealous of Lauren?" I asked angrily.
"Because, I don't know it just sorta came out?" She said confused. I didn't get why she didn't like Taylor. It really bugs me because it seems that I'm the only one who really knows Taylor. He's so sweet, but it's like other people see him as the player who doesn't care about anything else, but himself. That is not true at all. I was tired of thinking. Kaylie was wandering around talking to other people like the social butterfly she is. I went to look for Taylor because I was bored. I went by the pool to see him in it with a bunch of girl surrounding him and laughing. I knew it didn't mean anything. He liked the attention and he had this reputation I guess that he just has to keep. He loved me not them but me. I decided that I was going to try to act like the girls by him in the pool to get them to go away. I went over by the pool and shouted,
"Hey Tay Tay!!!" Taylor turned around looking really confused. I jumped in the pool with my clothes on and said,
"Oh my gosh you're so cute, isn't he girls!!" He looked at me like a puzzled puppy dog. The girls were confused, too. They just went away.
"What's with you may?" He asked irritated.
"Nothing, isn't this what you like?" I asked smiling.
"What the hell are you talking about?" He asked.
"Don't you like pretty airhead girls that tell you how cute you are?" I asked.
"What, no! May are you drunk?" He asked annoyed. I hadn't had anything to drink all night so I don't know what he was talking about.
"No, silly goose." I laughed tapping his nose. He looked like he was mad. I was only trying to see why he payed more attention to those girls, more than me.
"Okay, we're going home." He said sternly. He picked me up and threw me over his shoulder. Okay no this was just annoying. I resumed to my normal self because I was getting annoyed by me.
"Put me the hell down!" I was yelling. But Taylor threw me in his car and got in the front seat and drove.
"What were you doing?" He asked mad.
"I was just trying to be like the girls you seem so attracted to." I said annoyed.
"May, what are you talking about?" I love you." He said madly.
"Well you always hang out with those people and those girls and they're so much prettier than me and-" Taylor looked at me and interrupted me.
"May, you're the most beautiful girl in the world, they're nothing compared to you." He said reassuringly. I know that's not true but that's ok.
"Whatever." I rolled my eyes.
"May," he said, "stop being a brat." I was being a brat lol.
"Ugh fine." I mumbled.
"You really have no reason to be jealous, I promise." He smiled.
"Ok I'm sorry." I said with a puppy dog face. He really was the best boyfriend ever. We pulled into my driveway and it was 12:05am.
"Oh my god." I said.
"What?" Taylor chuckled.
"We forgot Kaylie!" I yelled.
"Shit!!" Taylor turned the car around. We got to the party again to find Kaylie dancing on top of a table.
    "C'mon Kay, let's go!" I said.
"Nooo I'm having fuuuunnnnn." She yelled.
"Kaylie, you're drunk, let's go." I rolled my eyes and picked her up and threw her over my shoulder.
"Put me dooowwwnnn!" She kept yelling. We had dance the next morning so she was going to regret this. I got her phone and texted her mom saying she was spending the night at my house and would come home after dance the next morning. We got in the car and Taylor started driving.
    "She asleep yet?" Asked Taylor.
"Yup." I said. It was still kind of awkward from our "fight" but it would be better tomorrow.
"Thanks for taking me with to the party, I had fun." I mumbled.
   "No you didn't." Taylor laughed.
   "I know, I'm sorry." I pouted.
"May you're such a brat." He said.
   "I know." I mumbled.
"But you're my brat." He smiled. We pulled into the driveway and Taylor kissed me goodnight and I grabbed Kaylie from the backseat and took her in quietly so my mom wouldn't hear us. If she knew Kaylie was drunk we both would be in trouble. I tiptoed upstairs and put Kaylie on my bed and I took off my clothes and put on a T- shirt. Before I knew it, I was asleep. I woke up to my alarm at 7:00am.
"What is that noise?" Kaylie groaned.
"It's the sound of a hangover." I rolled my eyes.
"Ugh my head is pounding." Kaylie mumbled.
"Well, it's time for dance." I said. I went to get ready. I put on a purple tank top and black spandex. I walked out of my bathroom to see Kaylie asleep again. I grabbed my spray bottle and sprayed it in Kaylie's face.
"Get ready! We can still eat breakfast." I said. She got up and I let her borrow some dance clothes. We went downstairs to find my mom flipping pancakes.
"Good morning girls!" Said my mom. My mom barely ever cooks breakfast. So this was pretty rare. Kaylie and I ate and then we got in the car.
"Thanks for taking me to your house," Kaylie said, "my mom would've freaked."
"No problem, you were funny." I laughed.
"Did I ruin you and Taylor's night?" She asked.
"No," I said, "I did." Kaylies face grew puzzled.
   "What, why?"
"I got jealous because of the stupid cheerleaders." I rolled my eyes.
"You, jealous of a cheerleader?" She laughed.
"I know," I said,"they're just like perfect barbies that can't seem to get enough of my boyfriend." We arrived at dance practice and went into the studio to stretch.
"Okay girls, our competition is exactly 3 weeks away. We need to make everything perfect." Yelled my dance teacher. And with that, we began dance practice. I was practicing my solo and I saw Taylor come in with his black leather jacket and sunglasses. He must've rode his motorcycle here. I ran over to him.
"What on earth are you doing here!?" I asked surprised. He smiled big.
"I don't know I've never seen you dance before so I thought hey why not."
"Well you should come to my competition in a few weeks!" I said eagerly.
  "Okay I will!" He smiled.
  "Promise?" I asked.
"I promise." Taylor chuckled.  Taylor is the best boyfriend a girl could have.
"Well I need to get back out there and practice! I'll be done in about an hour!" I said.
Little did I know that my life would come crumbling down in a few weeks.
