"I'm home dear!'' I yelled as I walked into the Bakery.
"Welcome back." Adrien came out from the back. He came up to me and kissed my forehead. I smiled.
"I got all the groceries we needed. Milk. Flour. Eggs. More flour. More eggs," I pulled out another large bag,"And, you know, more flour."
"Do you really need all that flour?" He asked, a soft smile on his face.
"Yes. It's important! We only had one bag left." I pointed to the large bag on the counter.
"Ok,ok. If you think it's important, I think it's important."
"Well, gosh darnit, aren't I lucky." I leaned over for a kiss. He held me close. Someone coughed near us, and we broke apart. I turned to see Emma, our 14 year old, little girl. She looked like a mini version of me except for her green eyes like Adrien. "Yes."
"Did you get the cloth I needed. You know, for my new jacket."
"Oh yeah!" I said brightly. "It's in one of these bags." We rushed over to the bags. "When I was your age I designed and sewed all sorts of things."
"Yes I know. You've told me this over and over."
"But it's true. You're mother was a real designer. She was amazing," Adrien said as he helped us look.
"You flatter me." We searched for a good ten minutes before we found the fabric.
"You really do get a lot of flour, mom."
"I know. But we need it for all the pastries."
Emma started to walk to her room when Adrien said,"Oh and Emma?"
"Yeah?"
"Is that boy...what's his name?" He looked over to me.
"Garrett." I whispered.
"Garrett coming over today."
"Yep. He's gonna help me with my pattern."
"Good then we can make extra croissants and let him eat them." He looked in my direction.
"Love you, Emma. Work hard," I said.
"Bye mom." She ran up to her room.

I was watching the news . Apparently, an akuma was attacking the city. I was so tempted to run out and save the city. Those days are over now. The new Chat was a girl and the new Ladybug was a boy. They both seemed the same age that I was when I fought crime. I studied the new Chat Noir. She had my same green eyes and hair that was the same color as ladybug's.
Maybe the new Chat is ladybug's daugher?...no.
I miss those days of fighting. The wing rushing through your hair as you jump from rooftop to rooftop was exhilarating. I miss defeating the akuma and feeling appreciated. I miss my lady. She never payed attention to my feelings. Everything I did, she ignored. I got over her. I knew it would never happen. I'm glad that I found Marinette. She's kind and cares about me. That's all I could ask for. I love her.

I went up to Emma's room. I had some croissants to bring to her. I opened the door. The lights were on but there was no one inside.
"Emma? Are you in here?"
No one answered.
Where is that girl?!
I looked out her window. She had the best view of Paris. It showed, pretty much, everything. I saw a flash of black. I put down the croissants and ran towards the window.
I could of sworn I saw cat ears. Chat? No it couldn't be. We are both retired. That must of been the new Chat.
I walked out of her room, leaving the croissants.

I leaned up against the ledge. I was that close to being seen.
Why did she go in my room? She knew I was busy!
I got in through the open window.
"Plagg. Revert me," I whispered, so they wouldn't hear me. The black kwami flew towards my face.
"How about some cheese. I'm starving."
"Fine, just be quiet. My parents will hear."
They could never know my secret.
