Andromeda winced every time that Clarke would put the hot blade to Raven's fresh wound. Finn was holding her hand while she was holding Raven's legs down from kicking out."That should stop the external bleeding," Clarke announced putting the blade down finally after five minutes of this hell.
"I don't understand. How did Murphy get a gun?" Finn asked Andromeda and Bellamy.
"Long story," Bellamy simply answered.
Raven croaked, "We got lucky. If he'd hit the fuel tanks instead of me we'd all be dead."
"Don't you ever fucking say that again, Raven," Andromeda barked at her.
Bellamy placed a hand on her shoulder so she'd back off the injured girl.
"Wait there's rocket fuel down there," Clarke asked the injured girl, "Enough to build a bomb?"
"Enough to build a hundred bombs, if we had any gunpowder."
"Let's get back to the Reapers," Bellamy cut her off, "Maybe they'll help us. The enemy of my enemy is my friend, right?"
Andromeda rolled her eyes, "The guy who said that was betrayed and beheaded by his own people."
"Andromeda's right. Not this enemy. We saw them. Trust me, it's not an option," Clarke answered.
Finn interrupted, "There's no time for this. Can she walk or not?"
"No. We have to carry her."
Raven tried to sit up, "Like hell you will. I'm good to go."
Andromeda shoved Raven back down on the bed by her shoulder, "If you won't listen to anyone else, listen to me Raven. You're not walking. That bullet is inside you and if you think I'm going to let your stubbornness kill you then you have another thing coming. You're not walking. End of story."
Raven nodded in defeat.
"I'll get the stretcher," Finn said then disappeared.
"Can't run away fast enough," Bellamy said glaring at his retreating back, "Real brave."
Andromeda placed a hand on his shoulder to calm him down as Finn spun around to face Bellamy.
"Dying in a fight you can't win isn't brave Bellamy, it's stupid."
"Spoken like every cowered who has ever run from a fight."
"Alright, that's enough," Clarke said pulling Finn back while Andromeda pulled on Bellamy's arm. "It's time to go."
"And if they follow, it's a hundred and twenty mile walk to the ocean," Bellamy argued.
"Look, we're wasting time if he wants to stay, he can stay," Finn said before storming out.
Clarke came to stand in front of Bellamy and Andromeda, "No he can't. We can't do this without you, Bellamy."
"What do you want me to say, Clarke?"
"I want you to say that you're with us. Those kids out there, they listen to you."
"They're lining up out there. They listen to you more."
"I gave them an easy choice. But five minutes ago they were willing to fight and die for you. You inspire them! And I'm afraid that we're going to need that again before this day is through."
Clarke followed Finn and left Andromeda and Bellamy in the drop ship with Raven.
Andromeda turned to Bellamy, "She's right. Besides, I don't know about you but I'm going to fight for my people, with my people. And right now my people need my protection getting them to the sea. Where will you be?"
