Summary- Alright so taking after the title, the past will be different from what you know in Naruto. Naruto and Sasuke fought at the waterfall and Naruto was brought back to the hospital, but after talking with Sakura, Naruto leaves the Leaf Village to go train even sooner to get Sasuke back.
Before Naruto leaves he confesses his love to Sakura in a note that he slips under her door for her to get in the morning, he leaves at night. Jiriyia will still be training him, he just has to find Naruto first since he leaves by himself. Sakura realizes that Naruto really loves her and her feelings change towards him. This will be NaruSaku.
