I woke up snuggled against someone, I looked up and saw Mikey sleeping soundly, he looked like a little boy I thought smiling, Why was he here though? I asked my self
The events from the past few weeks hit me, i sighed and closed my eyes willing it to be a dream. I got up careful not to wake Mikey up. I went to the bath room and looked at my bruises, since I was a wolf all injuries healed faster. They weren't purple anymore, they were more of a faintish blue. I sighed and showered and then changed into jeans, a worn out Yale hoodie and slippers, I walked down stairs to my dad's study. I knocked and walked in, Dad was sitting typing away on his Mac. Probably doing pack stuff.
"Hey their darling" Dad said smiling up at me
"Can we talk?" I asked biting my lip
"Course, dear sit down" he said shutting his Mac off and facing me.
two hours later, I walked out smiling, I stopped by the kitchen to grab some breakfast, I made my self a BLT and went to my room with my sandwhich and orange juice. Just like I suspected the boys were sitting on my bed waiting for me. I walked in and shut the door with my hip, I saw all of them watching my everymove.
"What?" I asked setting my food down on my dark mahgony desk and facing them.
"Why were you in Dad's study for almost three hours?" Jared said eye brows raised
"Just discussing my leaving" I stated casually looking down at a piece of lint on my hoodie
"YOUR WHAT?!" The boys screeched and jumped up from the bed.
"Guys chill!" I said making a face "Dad's letting me go to London, so I can figure out what i'm going to do" I said simply like I was telling them the weather
"Were going with" they said together
"Actually Jared you have to stay for future Alpha duties, Martin, Alex,and Jack have to get their grades up, how do you guys even fail? it's like the 3rd day of school!" I said rolling my eyes and taking a sip of my juice, "But dad said Josh and Mikey can go, so do you guys want to go?" I said
"Let's see missing school to go on an adventure with my best friend? " Josh said grinning
"Hell yes" Mikey said
"Whoot! Now scatter I have to pack we leave tonight" I said grinning as the rest of the boys groaned and whined.
Mikey and Josh ran out to start packing while the rest of my boys walked out grumbling and stopping their feet like a four year old throwing a tantrum. I laughed and pulled out my suitcases.
I threw my laptop, Iphone, head phone, chargers, candy, and my blanket into a backpack. I folded all my shirts and put them in one suitcase, folded my jeans,shorts, and capris and put them into another, and then put all my shoes in another, and then stuffed my under garments,tank tops, undershirts, and socks into another. I grabbed a large duffel bag and placed all my sheet music, photos, CD's, DVDs, and books. I made sure my guitar was safely locked. I had the boys help me take everything and put it into the limo along with Josh's and Mikey's stuff. I watched as the limo drove to the airport to put are things in the pack's private jet. Mom had planned a huge dinner for us, seeing as it wad our last day. We sat down at the huge table. The cooks had made all of are favorite foods, steak,chicken soup, ribs,clam chowder, chocolate cake, carrot cake, toast, pankcakes, eggs, bacon, fish and chips, and sushi. I filled my plate up and munched away. From the corner of my eye I saw Gabe, he looked sad and was barley eating. I turned away and laughed at a joke Jared was telling. After we had finished dinner, the dessert came out, Dad stood up and caught all of are attention.
"We are to bid farewell to Alice, Joshua, and Michael" he said smiling at us, we grinned back silently groaning as he called us by are first names.
"They are leaving us tonight because they have a chance to study at one of the top schools in London, they aren't leaving the pack , they will always be part of this pack, but tonight they are venturing off on their own. We will miss them terribly, but we know they will be back soon" he said and toasted us. I turned crimson, hating everyone smiling at me.
People took turns saying farewell after dinner, some gave us presents, some told us memories with them. When it was Gracie and Zade's turn they shook Mikey and Josh's hand.
"We never really talked but we're going to miss you" they said in unison and gave me hugs
Brittany came over and hugged the boys and whispered something in their ears, which made them make faces of pure disgust. I giggled, she walked over to me said 'Bye' in a snotty way and walked back to her brother, Gabe walked over to say good-bye but heard Jared's menacing growl and waved instead.
As we walked to the limo are familes and friends came and hugged us all, mom started crying because her baby girl was leaving, i smiled and hugged her. Dad's eyes were trimmed with tears and he gave me a tight hug
"I'll miss my baby girl" he said wiping the tears that managed to shed
"I'll miss you too daddy" I said as a lump formed in my throat and tears were brought to my eyes.
Jared,Alex,Martin, and Jack came over and hugged us all, soon all of are families were in those circle hugs. I sniffled, and gave Jared an extra hug
"Take care baby brother" I said smiling threw my tears.
"You too baby sis" he said trying hard not to cry "Call me when you land" he said smiling
As we got into the limo, I looked back at the house, I saw Gabe standing at his window looking down at us. I sighed and turned around, trying to ignore the pain in my heart. I leaned on Mikey's shoulder with my feet on Josh's lap and took a nap.
A new start, a new beginning I thought as my eye lids dropped, that night I slept soundly.
