My Big Break ( A Harry Styles Fanfic)

I am starting a new fanfic and I hope you guys all really enjoy it! It's about soccer, harry styles, one direction, drama, and passion.

I really wanted to write a fanfic because I feel like some Of the stories on wattpad can be a little unpractical and immature. So I am hoping you guy will all love it!

Alex's POV:

"Do you remember summer '09 wanna go back there ever night" I had One Directions "rock me" blaring in my headphones as I went for my morning run. I always loved running to One direction I just felt at peace and could clear my mind whenever I listened to them.

Today especially I needed to clear my mind. Today was the day I was going to find out if I made it in to my dream soccer school. It is kind of a long story but for the last 2 years I have been working my butt off to get in to London's Elite Football Academy or LEFA for short. I know it is a long shot to get in to this school only like 50 people around the world make it in each year. And to be honest why would they pick some poor kids for Canada to go.

As I ran up my driveway finishing my run I see my little sister Megan sitting on the stair just waiting for me.

As I quietly try and catch my breath to ask her what's up. She quickly screams in excitement "YOU GOT IN!!!!!!!!!" My eyes went huge at that moment. I didn't even know what to say! This has to be a dream! How did I get in.

"No way Meggy, hahahahah!!!!!" I screamed at her and picked her up and twirled her around! Then I remembered I have to tell mom.

Our mother is a single mom so she is always working to try and make ends met I had to call her at work and let her know what was happening.

"Hey momma, I have something important to tell you" I said in to the phone trying to contain my excitement. "Oh god!! What is it? is your sister ok?! are you ok?!! hunny!" my mom frantically screamed in the phone panic all over her voice. " No mom! Everyone is ok! I just wanted to tell you well... I got in... I made it in to LEFA". There was silence on the other line which felt like It lasted forever. Until mom finally said " oh hunny I am so proud, I knew you were gonna make it anyway you are just too good" I couldn't help but giggle at my mom if felt so great that I was making her proud. " Look hunny I have to go back to work but maybe tonight we can go out for dinner to celebrate" my mom asked. "That would me perfect to me mom! Love you bye!" I quietly said in to the phone as I hung up.

After talking on the phone with my mom I decided to go take a shower after that long run. I was quite smelly.

As I stood in the shower I kept thinking about how I got I.. I would be moving to London in a weeks time and starting a whole new ad exciting life. I just have to remain focused and do what I do best, play soccer.. Or should I say football now since I am moving to LONDON!!!! Hahahaha.

After my shower I got ready for dinner out with my mom and sister. I knew that this dinner was going to be interesting. My mother isn't going to just let me flight to England by myself without giving me a good lecture about it all. Just over protective mother probs.

As we got to the restaurant and placed our orders my mom finally decided to get right in to it. " You know Alex this is a big deal moving across the world basically at your young age of 18." "I know mom!" I whined back at her " I am really responsible you know that and plus what trouble could I really get in to. It's me remember! I am just going basically be playing soccer all day long. What else is going on in London that could be more exciting then that mom!" just then my sister brightens up at the table and says " ONE DIRECTION LIVES IN LONDON!!!!" she screams. My mother gives her a little glare and tells her not to be so loud.

I just giggle cause I love my little sister so much. God am I gonna miss her when I am gone. She means the world to me. " Yes Meggy I know One Direction lives in London, but I probably will never see them" I say. She looks a little disappointed an sad after I say this so I quickly say "but we never know right.... I might just see them, right?!?!?" she quickly smiles back at me and her wonderful glow is back!

Which I am happy to see and I mean it isn't really a lie I might see them right?

So that is the first chapter. I am new to all of this so let me know why you think. If i need to speed things up slow it down? more detail or whatever? will Alex meet one direction in London or will she be to busy following her dream of soccer?
