.青椒(1包)
.紅蘿白(1包)
.(可以加其他蔬菜)
.欖檻油(1湯匙)
.鹽(按个人喜好)
.胡椒粉(按个人喜好)

器材:
.湯匙x1
.刀x1
.針板x1
.煲x1

做法:
首先,用刀和針板把所有蔬菜切了,再放入煲裏,再把各种調味料加進煲裏,再加入水,煲20分鐘。
