This story is dedicted to the lovely members of the Wattpad senior club, who despite my despicable sense of humor, have allowed me to remain a member
I am sitting at my barge size, dark cherry oak desk, staring at my typewriter, willing myself to type.
All around me I hear the silence of my writers block as the house's many vast rooms settle into its foundation.
The floor length velvet curtains are pulled back into neat bows to allow me a jealous view of the life still moving all around me.
The green blanket of grass filled with small life marching through and finding refuge in the multi colored garden just outside the window. A canvas of color that provides no inspiration.
I lean back slightly into the plush grain leather chair, it's Elizabethan wings cradling my overheated brain.
"Type, just type, just type goddamit." I hiss at myself in disappointment.
"What is wrong?" A delicate voice dripping of honey answers my anger.
"Go away, I have no time for you right now." I mumble barely intelligibly.
"But I am here at your request." It answers in disappointment.
"No, I don't remember needing you."
"But you do need me, you just don't want to admit it." I can hear a slight smile form.
"No, just go away, I have no time for you right now."
"As you wish, but a question before I leave." It asks perking up.
"What?" I growl.
"Do you have time to die?" The voice snarls.
I turn quickly and find the source of the honey filled voice standing two feet from me, her slight body turned seductively while her hands hold a large blade above her head. Her sun kissed blond hair flows as if wind is blowing all around her. All she has on are stark white hot pants and a tight white bodice. Her eyes sparkle green with evil found only in the cruelest of beast as she sneers in triumph at me.
"Where did you get that knife?" I ask in annoyance.
"It is not a knife, it is a sword." She sniffs, dropping the blade just slightly.
"Fine, where did you get that sword." I emphasize the last word for her benefit.
"You gave it to me."
"I did not."
"You did too, on page five of chapter six." She states indignantly as she drops the sword and stomps towards me.
