A\N- For the lil juju bean, I hope this helps you feel a little better 😘. This part is kind of boring but I'm setting it up so this short story will have a few more parts if you guys want it.

"Hello beautiful, I'm here to meet with Mr. Nash Grier." Cameron told the receptionist with a friendly smile on his face. He had to admit, the building that housed the offices of Grier Marketing was impressive. It was obvious that it was a brand new building and it was very tastefully decorated.

The receptionist had her resting bitch face on but at Cameron's sweet greeting she gave him a small smile.

"What is your name?" She asked as she turned her attention to the computer to look at Mr. Grier's schedule for the day.

"Cameron Dallas," he replied and waited patiently while the receptionist looked him up.

She tilted her head because Mr.Grier did not have an appointment booked with a Cameron Dallas and no matter how sweet the man in front of her was, she followed the rules by the book and had no plans on allowing him to head up to Mr. Grier's office.

Grier Marketing was in demand and a lot of people showed up throughout the day hoping to spend a moment with the marketing genius that was Nash Grier. They had very strict appointment only rules.

"Really? Well, it was a last minute thing I guess but he did tell me to come at noon because he wanted to meet with me," Cameron explained calmly, he could understand how Nash wouldn't have had the time to update his schedule or inform the receptionist of the last minute meeting.

"I'm sorry, but without an appointment I can't let you up," the receptionist replied politely, she found it hard to believe that Cameron had spoken to Mr. Grier personally but she didn't voice her doubt because the man in front of her seemed genuinely nice.

"Is there someone you can call to reach him? Maybe his assistant or something?" Cameron pressed and she let out a small sigh as her patience began to wear thin.

"Mr. Dallas, we're very busy right now and you don't have an appointment. If you can please step aside so that I may assist the next person, I'd appreciate it. Maybe try contacting the person who you set the appointment up with," she turned her attention to the person that was waiting behind Cameron and effectively dismissed him.

Cameron frowned as he stepped aside and he took out his iPhone, he bit his lip before calling Nash and lifting the phone to his ear. She did say to contact the person he made the appointment with.

He was a little early and hoped he wasn't interrupting Nash by calling him directly but he had no choice.

"Hey gorgeous, are you here?" Nash greeted as he sat in office, he smiled when he saw it was Cameron calling him and hoped it wasn't to cancel their meeting.

"Hi, baby. I am here but the receptionist won't let me up, she says I don't have an appointment with you," Cameron replied with a small giggle, the receptionists attention turned back to Cameron as she heard his conversation and her face paled a little bit.

She hoped it wasn't Mr. Grier that he was talking to.

"What? I told my assistant to update my calendar this morning, I guess she never got around to it. I'll come down to meet you," Nash said as he stood up and exited his office.

"Oh, you don't have to-" Cameron started to speak but was interrupted by Nash.

"I'll see you soon, Cameron." Nash interrupted with a smile on his face as he entered the elevator.

It only took a few moments before he was in the lobby, he spotted Cameron immediately and approached him with a welcoming smile on his face.

Cameron's eyes lit up when he met Nash's, he wasn't sure of how to greet him so he let Nash take the lead.
