Hominiede walked with the rest of the group to a village that was lush and green like a perfectly tended garden. They had just came from dealing with Vampyro not too long ago and were continuing on with their journey. As they passed through the roses, though, they started coming alive all at once. Once someone said "Demonic Roses" she ran. Hominiede was always taught that every rose had its thorns and this was no exception. The entire situation happened in a blur and before she knew it, Amalia was poisoned by one of the red roses: the most poisonous of them all.

It was to the group's own luck that they were able to find someone to cure the poisoned princess. She was a woman who lived in a small house with seemingly every antidote and tonic imaginable. Percedal, Yugo, and Evangeline set her down on the bed and pulled the sheets over her, setting her doll on the side of the bed.

Hominiede watched anxiously, only half listening to the woman's instructions for Ruel and Yugo to get the antidote for Amalia's poisoning. Once the two left, it was mostly silence. Well, until Amalia's doll went crazy.

The first thing it threw was a knife and next thing everyone knew it was flipping tables. Evangeline grabbed her bow, Percedal his sword, Rubilax, and Hominiede held her crossbow at the ready. This one looked dangerous.

As it leaped to the left, it threw one of the woman's many potions at Percedal's feet. He quickly backed way and in the blink of an eye, the doll was airborne. Both Cras tried their luck at shooting it down, but none of that luck came in their favor. It dropped between them and attacked them both: bit one and kicked the other. As far as it looked thus far, it didn't look like they were going to easily take the doll down.

Before anyone could see it coming, glass bottles and tubes full of strange powders and liquids were flying and being crushed near their heads, feet, and whatever else the little thing was aiming for.

"This has gotten way outta hand!" Hominiede muttered.

 "No kidding!" Percedal agreed.

"We have to find out a way to get him under control. Hominiede, you distract it while Percedal and I-"

"Since when did you need whits to fight!?" Percedal shouted, already charging towards the doll with Rubilax in his hands.

"Dally No! Get back!" The girls shouted.

It was too late.  Rubilax had already been knocked out of Recedal's hands and onto the floor. Before he could react, Amalia's doll had already touched the shushu, turning into a demonic doll.

"Dally!" The girls yelled, shooting glares at the warrior.

As the doll took one giant step, the whole room shook.

Hominiede ducked back behind an overturned table, mounting her crossbow ready to shoot.

 Not much luck.

The whole room was trembling and quaking under the monster's heavy feet. She was lucky to land a hit, but it did no damage.

Evangeline joined her behind the table followed by Percedal.

"I don't understand!" She exclaimed. "What's gotten into that thing? It's gone berserk!"

The woman who owned the place spoke. "It must be the girl then! A Sadida's doll is like an extension of themselves."

 "So that means," Evangeline started.

Hominiede finished. "When Amalia's sick the doll goes insane!"

"Good then! A challenge!" Percedal leaped into the air and sent a fast kick to the doll's head. From that point, none of them knew how long they'd be stopping Amalia's doll from destroying the entire place, but they were all relieved when Ruel and Yugo returned with the cure for the poison.

Once the cure was given to the princess, she awoke, the doll calmed down and, to everyone's relief, Amalia was acting normally: like a princess.

"Eww! Yugo, have you been rolling around in drago-turkey dung!" Then she gasped. "Brush. Hairbrush! I need a hairbrush! And someone please get me a mirror!"

Well, we got our princess back Hominiede thought now let's see if we can work on getting someone else back as well.

The thought stayed in her mind even after they all left.
