Maybe it wasn't the way he looked or how he smelt . Maybe it was that his quietness attracted me to him . I sighed softly

"Storms you okay?" my best friend Alex ask .

"Yeah , I'm fine just thinking ." she giggled softly

"Be careful, you thinking can be dangerous " I smiled at her childish response . Just then the bell rang.

"I'll see you around after school ok ?" she ask . I just nodded and we go to our last class of the day , hers on the 5th floor and mine on the 2nd . I sighed knowing I had to deal with Bobby Callaway "school bully" I don't call what he does bullying . I just sign in at the teachers desk and go to my seat and start working on my work on the board . While doing my work I smelt something heavenly, I shot my head up quickly and our eyes locked and my heart stopped. It was him the new kid Damon I think that was his name . I looked away and he just chuckled and muttered " vampires these days " . My heart had started pumping again , but it stoped when he said that . How did he know ? I just let it go. Maybe he just smelled one and thought it was me . My mind was racing there was no way he could know I would get in so much trouble . Even though Moorcroft was known for there vampire and werewolf legends I wasn't risking anything for anyone anytime so not a chance. Hell my best friend didn't even know what was going on and we have been friends since the 3rd grade .
"Mr Salvador do you have something u would like to share with the class that's way more important than my lecture on human life ? " Mrs. Shelnut ask . Yeah, how about the fact that the new kid knows I'm a vampire and I have ruined everything . I thought
"No ma'am, sorry for disturbing class" I replied kindly didn't wanting her knowing . She just nodded and contuined to lecture

hy me of all fucking people to get caught he smelled me . I sighed as the bell rang signaling class and school was over concentrating on what to do about this mess I didn't realize he was standing right beside me and was waiting for my attention.
"Storm right? " I jumped at him voice
"Um yeah ? " I replied
"I wanted to apologize for my actions earlier in the glass period, you see my family and I were wolf's and to smell a " he whispered soflty" vampire it makes us uneasy you know?"
I just nodded and grabbed my stuff and walked out the door to my locker . Wow what was that he acted as if I was concerned . Well I was , but how the hell did he know I was ? Maybe I smell or something I don't know what is going on or why , but I intend to find out , why after 19 years why wolf's are back in town .
