Eli's POV:
The air was chilly, and the sun glowed vibrantly with delight.
The passionate colors of pink grapefruits, zesty lemons, citrus oranges and red cherries filled the sky with a warmth so rich, it ignited my very being. The sea so subtle, sparkled preciously as it casually strolled up against the shore.
The refreshing breeze gently eased up against my skin, glided through my hair, and sent a shiver up my spine.
My eyes rolled around and caught sight of a captivating full moon.
I closed my eyes and breathed in that aromatic sea air.
It felt amazing being away from the self draining life i lived back home in Florida.
It felt good to be able to relax my mind from college and trying to find a part time job and I don't even want to think about all the money I need in order to pay off my dues.
It felt good to just leave everything behind that has to do with responsibility and obligations
This was like a dream, the whole beach itself looked like a painted picture with a spectrum of colors all merged with one another.
The beach was vacant, abandoned. No one but Kate, Tyler and myself were there.
Kate and Tyler ran straight for the water; the wind blowing in their faces and their laughter being carried along the beach.
"COME ON ELI, COME IN!!" Kate yelled, smiling from ear to ear
I glanced over at the water. It was still calmly lapping against the shore, turning the white, soft sand into a solid dark mass which I couldn't resist.
I walked slowly down to the water edge, feeling the soft smooth sand beneath my feet and I dipped my toes into the rippling water.
A shiver sipped through my body and I crossed my arms tightly against my chest walking in deeper into the ocean, till the water was about two feet under me.
Kate started splashing around and I felt trickles of water landing on my face, tasting it on my lips and smelling the saltines.
We swam and chatted away not realizing how fast time was passing us by.
"You guys, we should play volleyball"
Kate suggested running out of the water and making her way towards her rainbow color volleyball.
Tyler and I followed her.
Kate and I were a team and Tyler was just on his own because he has the strength of hulk and has lightning fast reactions. And let me not forget to mention that he is 6.2 while Kate is 5.5 and I'm 5.2.
What I'm trying to say is that Tyler is perfectly fine on his own with his octopus arms and legs that gives him advantage
We got into position. Kate was in the front while I decided to go towards the back since I tend to hit the ball harder.
We played for a while until hulk (AKA Tyler) threw the ball so far into the woods behind Kate's beach house that we had to go looking for it.
