Their was a small growl that woke up the small child. He sleepily sat up rubbing his eyes. In hopes that his surroundings could become clearer. The short events slapped him in the face and he really wanted to cry.

The child then noticed the small pirate looking girl to his side. That was enough to calm him down. He then once again heard a small growl, his stomach was hurting.

Oh. He was hungry. He looked around once more. No food anywhere. So that meant he had to go looking for some. He slowly stood up and wiggle his way down the couch. He did everything as quiet, didn't want to wake up the nice pirate.

He made his way up to the door where he wiggles out of the thin cardigan. Opening the door slowly he slipped outside. The hallway were dim lighted and made him a little scared. He walked slowly in hopes that food magically would fall from the sky or roof.

He made his way to various rooms. One stank like smoke, the other made him feel neasueas, one seemed more to his liking but why most of the things had to be cow printed?

"Ah. Excuse me lambosa- well what is a kid like you doing here?" Asked a gruff looking man. His hair was funny looking. Like if he had sticked his hair in a vacuum and he pulled out then added hundred cans of hairspray.

Tsuna who had found the thunder guardian stash of candy was startled. He turned and went pale at the sight. The man before looked scary because of his attitude and eyes but this one looked like a gangster! He ducked underneath the mahogony table.

Kusakabe raised an eyebrow. The Vongola was very strict about children in the mansion. They wouldn't allow a kid to venture out on their own like this. Unless Lambo had been the one put in charge.

Tsuna peeked in hopes the big man had disappeared but to his disappointed he was standing there. Chewing bruskly onto something in his lip. He was texting someone. Since he looked rather distracted he tried to sneak pass him.

He had almost made it to the door when someone picked him up. He came face to face with the scary looking man. His lip trembled in fear, but once the man smiled he felt rather safe.

"So this is the young Vongola? That's interesting. Hmm where you hungry? I can fix you a snack" he told him. The man walked up to the messy desk dropped off some papers and proceeded to take him away. He was actually pleased that he didn't had to walk the distance they were at the moment.

Kusakabe took the small Vongola into the kitchen that was located in the lower floors. Sat him on the nearest counter to the refrigerator. He scanned the contents of the opened fridge.

"Cereal or sandwich?" He asked the boy.

Tsuna pursed his lips together debating which to pick.

"Cereal!" He responded happily.

Tsuna swang his feet over the counter excitedly. Letting them dangle. He was given a small bowl with milk. The big man then brought the colorful cereal down and pour it into his bowl.
Tsuna digged in happy that he could silence the little monster in his belly.

Once satisfied he tugged on kusakabes sleeves.kusakabe had just gotten off his brief phone call.

"Well then-" he was about say when their was a boom and the entire place rattled.

Tsuna became frightend and clinged onto Kusakabe.

The young man could feel the kids anxiety. He wrap the child in a protective embrace. Nobody would want that child to get hurt. He rushed into a corner of the room waiting in anticipation of the intruders.

The door into the kitchen was violently opened. Two uncoisious men where thrown inside.

"They are lower than herbivores" Hibari told him as he followed the two men. "They do have guts. Hmm? Is that -" he didn't finish the sentence as he directed his eyes on the clinging child.

"It seemed that the ten year bazzoka is broken" he reported.

Hibari simply acknowledge the information with a yawn. He had returned early because the mission was too easy.

"Who's supposed to be babysitting?" Hibari asked him as he took out his tonfas.

"Well mukuro was supposed to but it seems like he ditch the responsibility and handed him to someone else" Kusakabe guess correctly.

"Hn. Let return him then. " he stated.

Masked men made their way through the opened door. Hibari and his expressionless features began his disposal of trash.

Tsuna had felt that the new man looked a lot more trustworthy. He looked normal! Almost like a businessman.

The child was hypnotized by the way hibari fought. He wasn't sure if it was okay but it look cool. If only the man would smile.

"Power-ran.... Robotman!!" Tsuna announced as hibari cleaned the floor with the intruders. He really meant to say power rangers but couldn't pronouce correctly.

Hibari paused on his attacks when he hears that. He wasn't sure if he liked it or not.

"Hibari-san." He corrected the young Vongola, but it fell on deaf ears. Tsuna was too busy imagining him as a power ranger.

Hibari had no time to deal with children. So he continued until he managed to run into a panicked female mist guardian.

She had taken care of most of the men in the main mansion. Her cheeks were rose colored as she pant for air.

"Ah~" she didn't get to finish, Hibarisan simply pointed behind him. Kusakabe was busy keeping Tsuna entertained.

"Oh thank goodness" she muttered rushing to the child boss.

Hibari leaned against the wall.

"You have improved. Herbivore not bad" he annouced. He yawn sleepily. "Well then I have no reason to stay here." He warned them before he disappeared.

Chrome was taken aback by the compliment. Silently accepting it, her self esteem had sky rocket at that moment. She extended her arms taking the child back.

"Thanks" she told him with a smile.

Kusakabe handed the kid over a grin plastered on his face.

"Nice job.. Kyosan really means it. He was ready to bite everyone." He reassured her. "Everything was cleared by the two of you awesome team work."
Chrome held the young boss a little tighter.

"I wouldn't say that- but thanks I'll weed everyone else. Once again thank you" she bowed as she turned to leave.

Hibari made his way back to his car. Before he went in he stopped.

"If you were still here why didn't you help her?" He asked. Yet he got no response. He chuckled and simply left it at that.

Once he was gone a mist swirled by a nearby window.

"She won't grow if I'm always aiding her." He replied as he once disappear.

Chrome carried the boy to her office since the intruders didn't get a chance to get that far. On their way tsuna talked to her rather happily.

"-and then he did this POW thing!! It was awesome! When I grow up I want to be a robot like him!!" He stated happily.

Chrome simply smiled.
