It started in 2009. The VSE (Vault of Scientific Experiments) had started a new experiment containing cells of a species in mars' crust. It was called Experiment X, and the scientists had a (not so great) theory. They believed that if they put the cells in human DNA it would recreate the species. The hypothesis was indeed correct, but in our eyes it was a failure. The species came to life and did kill 3 of the doctors and everyone in the vault. Then they called us in. We are Omega Squad, a team of 5 agents sent to clear out every living thing in that vault.
