"Oh You two!" Dally yelled.

I laughed at him, it was morning and Johnny and I had fallen asleep under the tree,

"Mornin' Dallas," I said.

"you gonna get up and help me with these presents or?" He asked, I got up and helped, I dropped a box and Johnny woke up. wide eyed and freaked out.

he saw it was us and got up, helped out.

I wrapped them while Johnny put the bows on, Dally Told us who they were for until he got to ours,

"Johnny wrap this one its Sharlette's, Shar wrap this one it's Johnny's," he told us.

we smiled and wrapped looking away from each other,

we put them under the tree and I showed Dally the wrapped present I got him, he smiled, thinking I wasn't gonna get him somethin'

"Aw Dal, course I'm gonna get ya something!" I told him,

the rest of the day was spent watching Tv.

we have a tradition, where whoever stays up in Christmas Eve, till .midnight gets to open one of their presents.

I couldn't bare to stay awake any longer by 11:30 I just fell asleep right there in Johnny's lap.

Dally wound up staying up, as I heard him in the morning bragging about it.

we woke up and jumped on everyone.

Steve wouldn't budge,

"STEVEN RANDLE GET UP!!" I yelled "IT'S CHRISTMAS!"

"I'm up, I'm up," he yawned.

we all got up and I changed Johnny his present from me, he handed me mine from him,

he opened it,

"OH MY GOSH, THANKS SHAR!" He yelled hugging me.

I opened the present of his, it was a beautiful necklace with a ying-yang charm.

"Johnny! where'd you get the money for this?!" I asked him.

"I had to beg and beg and plead on ny hands and knees for my ol' man to give me the money..." He trailed off.

I smiled at him, he smiled back, the Same smile he's always given me. I kissed him, thanking him more than words could.

We opened the rest of our presents,

I got Pony a new pair of converse,

I got Dally a switch blade.

Darry didn't want me to get him

anything. But. I got him a new T-Shirt, his favorite, his old one got ripped in a fight,

I just got Soda a few packs of Cigarettes,

Two-Bit, I got him a Mickey shirt, he loved Mickey,

I got Steve a bracelet, Leather Made, he loves leather

we all smiled and thanked each other for the gifts.

I hugged Johnny and thanked him. his gift was great and he went through so much to get it..
