Chaos Combat was a tournament fought for many years. It was started by the Chaos Gods thousands of years ago to keep the Metropolis Zone emperor, Dr. Robotnik, from taking over the other zones. There would be one tournament every 25 years until the 10th tournament. If the natives of the zone won the final tournament, they would be left at peace and Dr. Robotnik would not take over their home. But, if Robotnik and his armies of Grounders win, he would conquer and destroy the zone. One occasion of Robotnik winning would be over the Star Light Zone. It was not pretty.
Present Day
Over in the Earth Zone, in the Emerald Monk Temples, a young fox boy by the name of Tails Prower was fighting atop a bridge in the temples against the tournaments' host, Metal Sonic. Then, as Tails was about to attack Metal, Metal grabbed Tails in a head-lock and said: "You're friends soul is mine!" Tails then screams: "SONIC!!!" Metal then breaks Tails' neck, killing him and says: "You're next!", then laughs. Sonic then awakens panting, finding it was all just a dream...or was it? Stay tuned to find out.
