Part 14

Sally's POV

'It's getting late, I better leave' Tia says.

'Well bye' Jakob says, not even looking at her. I think that just killed her. She walked out the door and left.

I stand looking at the door smiling like a doof. I wrap the towel around me tighter and try to dry off.

'It is getting late, do you want to get to bed?' Chris asks Jakob and I.

'Yeah but I need to get changed into something ........ not sticky with soda' I say with disgust. I get a laugh from Jakob.

'Yeah me too' Jakob says walking upstairs. Chris and I follow but Chris goes to his room.

'Here' Jakob says chucking me a pile of clothes at me which has enough force to push me to the ground. I loose my balance and fall to the ground. I look around me at the clothes. I see socks, Jumpers, pants ........

'OMG JAKOB ARE THESE YOUR UNDIES' I yell throwing a pair of batman boxers at Jakob. Jakob practically dies laughing until the boxers hit his face. He screams like a girl. I start laughing madly and rolling around on the floor trying to calm myself. Once I am calm I look at Jakob to see if he is still laughing. I only see a split second of his smirking face to then see Batman coming back to attack.

'Ewww get it off, get it off, get it off' I say in disgust.  Jakob laughs and comes over and takes his boxers off MY FACE.

'WHY ON EARTH WOULD U THINK THROWING YOUR DIRTY CLOTHES ALONG WITH YOUR BOXERS AT ME IS FUNNY!' I yell at him.

'Well it was and those batman boxers aren't mine' he says. I try to think why he would bring some random boxers into his room. 'They are Chris's' He says almost dying.

'What did you say. I heard my name' Chris says strolling up to the door. I grab one of Jakob's shirts and wrap it around my hand and then pick Chris's boxers from Jakob and walk up to Chris and press his boxers against his chest.

'Oh, yes we were talking about you batman' I say with a cheeky grin.

He has a confused look on his face until looks down at what I gave him. He blushes with embarrassment and I laugh.

'Alright then' Chris says leaving with his boxers.

'Omg Sally. That was so funny' Jakob says laughing and walking up to me.

'Thanks' I say ' And these don't happen to be Chris's?' I say picking up another pair of boxers with a Spiderman print on them still using Jakob's shirt still wrapped around my hand.

'Actually, no. They are mine' he says grabbing them from my hand. I start to giggle.

'Anyways, that shirt you have been using to pick up boxers is your pyjamas for tonight' he says with a smirk on his face.

'Oh no, noooooo' I say with a sad face.

'Oh yes, yesssss' He says back mimicking me. I look at him with a 'Are-you-serious' look on my face. 'No I am just kidding' He chirps in. Then Jakob walks over to grab a shirt from a bag. 'Here' he says handing me a long, grey shirt and Black sweatpants.

'Thanks' I say graciously taking the clothes from his hands. 'Wear are my cool  superhero boxers?' I question with a laugh walking to the ensuit. 'I am going to get changed in here I say looking back at Jakob then closing the door. I try to figure out how to lock it but it doesn't seem to work so I don't bother wasting anymore time. I take off my clothes and put on the long shirt. It is so long so I roll up the sleeves.  It is practically a dress on me. But I still put on the sweat pants. I open the door and go down to pick up my clothes and walk out. Jakob was already changed. Wow he is fast.

'So where can I put my stuff?' I ask Jakob.

'Here' He says taking the stuff from me and walking out of the room.

I look at my inflatable bed. I start to blow it up with the pump. Jakob walks back in and walks over to me and takes it from my hand. He blows it up much faster. It is almost fully blown up.

POP! I get startled by the loud noise and fall beck onto Jakob who falls over too. So I quickly get up and look at what was the noise.

'Oh shit. The mattress popped' I say with disappointment glued onto my face. Where am I gonna sleep then. Ugh, the floor is still here.

Jakob finally gets up and sees the mattress and turns it over. He finds a piece of glass in the mattress and picks it up. 'This glass popped it' Jakob says. Oh shit. That glass was from the fishbowl.

'I ruin everything' I say sitting back onto the floor.

'No you don't' Jakob says.

'Yes, I do. I ruined my friendship between Maddie and I by getting Chris to spy on her. Then I come to Chris's house and Kill his fish. I start a big argument between Tia, you and I and get soda all over us. Then now I ruin Chris's mattress' I say in a big rant very fast. 'I ruin everything' I say to conclude my statement looking down at the floor.

'Maybe so, maybe not so' Jakob says in a reassuring voice. I look at him confused. I totally ruin EVEREYTHING. ' Maddie just needs time to see what you have done is for the better. You tried to clean up the glass from the fishbowl which is very helpful. You got rid of Tia' He says smiling. Omg did he just said I got rid of Tia. Does he not like her. Do I have a shot with him. 'see you do not ruin everything. In fact, I think you make everything better' he says smiling. I missed a lot of what he said by thinking about him not liking that stupid Tia girl. But his smile just kills me. He is so perfect.

'Thanks Jakob' I say to him. 'But In the end I am still sleeping on the floor with glass' I say looking down at the floor, reality is catching up to me.

'No, you are going to sleep on the bed' Jakob says.

'So we are going to share that little thing?' I question.

'No, I was gonna sleep on the floor. But if you are fine with sharing it then sure' Jakob says.

'Then it's settled. Bed buddy' I nudge him smiling.

I walk over to the bed and lay down. Jakob goes over to turn the light off then lays down in the bed.
