"But I can't run like you guys!" Akila barked, "You're too fast!" She wasn't like the animals, she was a human-pup. She was getting faster and ran better now but, she just isn't hunting ready yet. Will I ever be a real wolf? She wondered. Her best companion, Blayre, padded up. "Hello Akila!" Blayre barked happily. "Hi Blayre," Akila answered. "Are you ready for the meeting tonight?" Blayre asked. "Yes! I heard we are both going!" The meeting was a time every full moon when all the jungle animals met in peace, not anything from the smallest mouse to the largest lion was to be killed. "It's so exiting!" Blayre barked. "Yeah." Akila answered less excited than Blayre, you could tell she was thinking about something. Blayre's sister, Blake, padded up to them and nodded for them to follow. The pack leader, Alpha, led us five down to the peace rock. Each pack or flock or whatever, excluding their leader, was to bring five of their pack, six in total. We were to talk with the other animals. I sat with Blayre with my friend from another pack, his name was Grey. He is a small wolf like Blayre. "Hello Grey!" I barked to him. "Hello Akila!" He answered. Then the call sounded from atop the peace rock, the call for the meeting to start.
