"No."
"Oh. Come on! You'll need us and you know it, we're here to protect you." Still no.
"And you'll go insane without any male attention. Please Raven, even if it's just me, you can forget about Devin his not important." Seriously? Devin punched Robert in the arm and an argument started.
"You do realize that nothing you guys say will influence my judgment. Actually it will but negatively, for you. Just because you two idiots came back into my life doesn't mean I want you around 24/7. I have a life too. A personal and private life. That won't be shared with the likes of you." I walked into the kitchen to find myself something to eat for breakfast.
"We aren't that bad. Look we will return most of the things we bought if that's the problem here...."
"That's not the problem." I sighed.
'That's one of the problems.' Reese whispered. Since when did she care about money?
'Since the day you got tired of eating raw fruits and vegetables from the forest-since you couldn't cook- and kept stealing from shops and nearly getting yourself caught, before you found out about the joint accounts.' Oh.
Turning around facing my brother and his friend, they both had their arms crossed giving me a look that told me to elaborate.
"One; I don't need your protection, I saved you from those rouges not the other way around. Two; I'm an introvert, and you guys are extroverts, two and two don't go hand in hand. Three; I already gave in those applications and the school accepted you already so I made sure you weren't in many of my classes." I took a bowl of pancake batter out of the fridge and smelt it, shrieking I pushed it away from my nose. Yep, definitely off.
"How come we were accepted so quickly? You sent the applications yesterday."
"And how were you able to tamper with the schedules?"
"To answer both questions, I might or might not have hacked into things that I shouldn't have that would quicken the process so we wouldn't have to have a waiting period and I did or didn't do something similar with your schedules."
They both looked deep in thought, Robert was the first to speak up, "Which ones?" I frowned. "Which classes do we have that are the same as yours?" Oh makes more sense.
"You'll just have to wait and see now won't you?" After making a new batch of pancake batter I made a few and served them to the boys.
"Now eat up and get ready, we leave in ten."
"Damn, Raven how'd you get here so fast?"
"Short cut." I mumbled.
The boys protested that today they wanted to travel by bike, so I let them. They thought I was going to as well but I claimed I'd get there faster by foot. So a race was started. Even they should have known I'd win, when shifted you can almost outrun a train plus I didn't have to follow a road that didn't take me strait to where I wanted to be.
"I've been waiting here for you two for a long time ya know, let's just go get your things in time so we won't be late for class." I sighed.
"But we're new, that's an excuse." Devin grinned slowly swinging his leg off from the bike, Robert took his time fixing his hair after taking off his helmet.
"You're new, I'm not. I still need to show you around anyways." I whispered turning away from them.
"Why are you whispering?" Robert whispered back earning a chuckle from Devin.
