Meeting My Besties For The First Time

First Day of School..

It's the first day of school, so I get ready!! I eat some breakfast, and head to school.

(At School)

I'm in third grade now, and I find my new seat to sit in. We were divided into 4 or 5 groups. I looked over to the group next to mine, and I see new people who weren't at this school last year. I think to myself "I want to be friends with those new girls in those two groups.

Everyday, if it was nice out, our class would go outside on a playground that is right across from our school parking- lot. So we went out everyday and I kept quiet, and just went on the swings while the rest played with the others. 

Usually, we would come out and play with the 2nd graders too!! So the boys in my grade played with the boys in the 2nd grade, and the girls would play with the girls in the 2nd grade.

It was rare for me to play with the rest of the girls in the 2nd grade, because I was shy at the time to people I didn't know.

About 1 hour later......

Finally, we had to go in because it was time to go home. So we packed our backpacks and waited for our parents to pick us up.

My dad picked me and my sister up from school, and he drove us all home.
