My Youtuber Story

Chapter 2

Kaitlyn's POV

Plane rides can be exhausting, especially if you haven't slept in a week. That feeling as the plane slowly rocks and gives you a sick feeling; that is the worst. My flight was only going to be a few minutes longer. Since I had been playing games the whole ride down there, I had to quickly gather my things and buckle up my seat belt.

Once we landed I quickly got off the plane and then went to get my bags. I have exactly two hours to get to the new house and upload a video for my channel. I grabbed my bags and then ran to go get a taxi.

"Taxi" I yelled as another sped by, "Does no one know how to do their job in this city"

A taxi then stopped and I climbed in. I pulled out the address from my pocket and told the taxi driver. We then took off. As we were getting closer to the house, I grew nervous. What if my roommates don't like me, or what if they turn out to be bad people. Personally, my YouTube career can't take having bad people with me.

One more turn and I was there. I pulled another piece of paper out of my pocket. It had the game grumps office address on it. Tomorrow I am going to meet up with them and collaborate with them. If I get lucky I might even be invited to film with them all of the time. After a collaboration with the game grumps, I get to film with Markiplier. This paper in my hands, the whole reason I'm here. If this doesn't work out, then I would have moved here for nothing. As long as my YouTube career is thriving, this will all be worth it.

I finally made it to the house. I thanked the driver, paid him, and then walked towards the door. I slowly opened the door.

"Hello" I yelled, "Did you guys get here before me"

" I don't know, you tell me" I heard a voice tell from the living room

I walked into the living room and then set down my bags.

"Hello, I'm Kaitlyn" I said as I extended my hand

She then took hold of my hand and made me high five her.

"I'm Liz" she said as she sat back down

"I'm gonna go put my bags upstairs, and then maybe we should go get food" I suggested

"That sounds like a great idea" Liz said as I went up the stairs

I walked down the hall and took the second largest room. I creaked open the door and looked around. The room had a desk in the corner and a couple windows on the side of the room. I placed my bags on the bed and then began to unpack all of my equipment. I then turned on my laptop and started to upload my new video. Once I was done, I went down the stairs and stood in the living room.

"Ready to get some food" I asked Liz

"Yeah let's get going" Liz said as she stood up

We then proceeded to walk to the door.
