Okay, so, this was the 'description' chapter that I was talking about.
This is a Supernatural fanfiction. And if you're here because you want some romance story, I'm sorry, but that's not what this is going to be. The only romance that I remotely plan to put in here will be canon relationships, but that's if I decide to involve romance. Now yes, I ship stuff just like everyone else, but since a lot of it is not strictly canon, they will not be included.

Now, concerning this story itself, I have to make something very clear.

This is loosely based off of Pseudo-Dionysius' version of the Book of Enoch, which is not technical considered Biblical canon, where there are not just four archangels, but seven, or in this case eight since we're counting Lucifer. And this will loosely be based of of Camael, the Archangel of strength, courage, and war, and is also credited to being the angel that drove Adam and Eve out of Eden.

And as you can clearly see, the vessel that Camael uses is a woman. Now, I know that this is an over-used concept, the angels taking a female vessel, but hush, it what I wanted to do.

As for the plot of the story, there still is not a 100% set in stone plot. However, I will be making a few chapters that follow actual episodes, but with a bit of Camael thrown in there at times.

I will also be adding the other seven archangels in this, which will include Supernatural canon ones and the ones from the version I'm using for Camael.

As for early chapters, I am very tempted to write out Camael's POV of the fall of Lucifer, because I think it would be pretty fun to write.

As for where Camael stands with the ages of the archangels, this was a bit complicated. At first, I wanted to make the third oldest, after Michael and Lucifer. But that was before I decided to make the other archangels canon here. THEN I thought about putting her just above Gabriel, and have those two be the youngest, and the other ones above them. Sadly, I have not been able to come to a solid choice, but I CAN say that she is older than Gabriel. She is NOT the baby archangel, which is a concept I find far over-used.

Now let's get down to the hard stuff. Where she stands with her family.

At first I wanted her to be like Gabriel, skipped out of heaven because she couldn't stand it anymore. Then I decided, no, I can't do that. Camael stands for strength and courage. Camael can't just leave. SO, then I thought of her leaving heaven and falling with Lucifer. But that's also out of the question because Camael would not abandon her place in heaven like that. Of course, that only left one option. Her staying in heaven with Michael and her other siblings. So that's obviously what I did. But you see, here's where things get complicated.

While yes, Camael did stay in heaven, she does not condone what heaven has become. She does not like that it has become a place with no happiness and how they have abandoned what their Father has told them to do, which was love the humans and His creation. She does not treat them like dirt beneath her feet.
Camael still holds strong to what she stands for, giving humans courage and strength whenever she can, while also guarding the Garden of Eden. Now, she is not as caught up with human culture as Gabriel, but she is nowhere NEAR as bad as Castiel was.

She just....
She gets confused on modern technology like computers and such. And the occasional transportation ways. And modern slang.

But yeah.

Anyways, so yes, this is the basis of the story! I will get the first chapter up as quickly as possible!

Also, before I forget, I do not own Supernatural, or this interpretation of archangels, but I do, however, own this portrayal of Camael AND the made-up spots in this story.
