1 EXPLORE BODY
exploring your body
Going through the center
Stopping
Closing ur eyes and feeling a body part (use levels etc...)

2. NAMES AND MOVES
Big circle
Think of a move that describes you
Each person one by one goes to the middle of the circle and does a short, unique move ^ and says his name
Repeat until everyone memorizes the other moves
Then run into a circle and when ran into another person simply do his/her move as well as that person should be doing your move at the same time
Separate into groups of 4
And link the moves together
E.g Jay= front kick
Lana= touches the floor
Paty= turns around
Emily= jumps
Then the choreography should look like this or anything similar:
A. Front kick
B. Touch the four
C. Turn around
D. Jump

Practice the coreo together. All the group should know it.
Assign in each corner of the room a mood or feeling.
E.g corner 1 In love
Corner 2 sad/depressed
Corner 3 happy
Corner 4 slow motion

The group will travel from one corner to the other and practice their coreo with the indicated mood.
E.g they hav to be in love in one corner, dance the same coreo but be gloomy in another corner...

The final result should be a dance/routine of repeated 4 moves (of each person) but with different emotion each time as the dancer changes his/her position from one corner to the other.
Once practice is done, it's show time! And couples perform alone. Each at a different pace and style and facing anywhere but the audience (diagonal,horizontal...) they are not dancing together or at the same time. Each has a different life. They dance the coreo they practiced earlier with all 4 emotions one after the other. Start when they feel like it without music then the music joins them while they're dancing.

3.MOVIN IN SLOW MOTION
Start running diagonally along the dance room. Sprint in full energy repeatedly. (Min 4times)
Then tell your dance partners to run the same way they just did few minutes ago but in slow motion. (No exageration/dont go up and down)
Then do the same thing but use levels,backwards, raise ur leg/hands... As a way to move from one end of the room to the other.

4.MOUSE AND CAT
On each round there's a mouse and cat that start the game. The others are homes. Each home is made up of 3 to 4 people holding their hands max. Once the cat goes running behind the mouse trying to catch him/her, the mouse can get refuge in one of the houses by holding hands with one end of the house, but since the house is too small to hold more than 3 or 4. The person at the other end of the house has to leave the house and become the mouse.
E.g. House Abc contains: Jenna+Tim+Ana
Raya is the mouse and decides to take refuge in house Abc. So Raya holds Jenna's hand and is safe. Directly Ana releases her hand and runs from the cat and takes refuge in another house... The same thing happens...

If the cat touches the mouse, the roles switch. The person who was a mouse becomes a cat and the person who was a cat becomes a mouse...

After some time walking/running becomes illegal and the only means of transportation is dancing. So the cat has to dance its way to the mouse and the mouse will dance its way to a house.

5.NO ESCAPE
an exercise of 3 persons together.
2 persons will clutch their wrists together making like and X or infinity sign 8 and the third person will sit between the arms. They lift him up. The person sitting in the air will try to shift his weight to try to go down to the ground but the other 2 holding him will prevent that from happening by using their legs and chest...
*switch roles* x2
This exercise is also with 2 person but will be the opposite. A person lies on the ground. The other 2 carefully sit or sleep on top of that person. The person on the ground will try to stand up. The other 2 will do their best to keep him on the ground.

6.LIFTS
Choose a partner and create 4 lifts linked together as a story. Then perform it with music. Then practice the same coreo again but being in love and adjusting some mistakes. Then perform it once more.
Some of the lifts done:
1-back to back. One person leans to the front the other on his back and kicks his legs in the air.
2-the airplane. A person lays on his back with his legs raised and put underneath the standing persons stomach and lift him in the air above him.
3-the normal where someone holds another person that is jumping and opens his legs in the air
4. Turning with a dead corpse between his hands. A person holds the other person as if holding a baby and turns.
...

7.TRUST YOUR PARTNER
<Stage 1>
Start off with a random partner. One of them is a follower the other is a leader. The follower puts his hands above the leader's hands and gently holds his wrists. The follower closes his eyes and relaxes his muscles and gives control to the leader and gently holds his wrists. The leader starts by lowering, highering, going side to side making sure the follower really gives in. Then starts walking, uses levels, turns...
*switch roles*
*switch partners*
This time with the other partner the pair tries to dance. Even the follower. But the follower should always make sure that its the leader whos leading and not the follower forcing different paths.
*switch roles*
*switch partners*
<Stage 2>
One of the couple is going to lean back/to a side/front and the other partner is going to be there to steady him and bring him back standing. Its starts with one slowly leaning to the back the other should be right behind ready, one leg in front of the other and his hand ready to hold his back and his front leg to hold his lower body. Then the same leans to the sides as the other steadies him. Same thing goes to the front. And the position if the holder is always the same.
*switch roles*
*switch roles*
Now the falling person will try to raise a leg while leaning one the person with all the other positions.
*switch roles*
*switch partners*
Now the person who's falling will choose to fall in any direction he desires and the other person will try to hold him using his body(back,side)(not the same postion as the previous, more like crouching this time)
Rather than his hands
*switch roles*
*switch partners*
<Stage 3>
The partners stand back to back. And they will try with their body to lean on top of the other person by just showing strength in the body. The other person also straightens on the others back as the other crouches his back and can slowly bend and tighten his knees repetitively.
*switch partners*
Still back to back
Now instead of crouching the back of the person below. That person will try to do his back as a table.
And the person who needs to get on top of the table should hav his hips higher than the table man. How? At first the person on top should go on relever and put his hands high. Now his hips are higher than table man. Table man bends his knees a little and grabs the hands of top man and places him on his back then goes in the table position. Now the top man has his legs in the air and releases his hands to his side as well as he relaxes his head. Table man tries to bend and straighten his legs staying in the same table postion. When tired he slowly releases top man and
*switch roles*
*switch roles*
Now instead of being back to back, it becomes stomach to back. The same beginning with the relever and hands but the only difference is that top man has his stomach facing table man's back.
After that the partners use both exercises moving from one end of the room to the other varying the roles and positions and trying to link them them together.
*switch partners* a couple of times
<Stage 4>
Spread in the room and start walking in all directions,then someone who's not playing calls out a name. The person whose name is called out should fall in any direction he wants and the people surrounding him should rush to hold him and prevent him from falling to the ground.

8.KNOTTED
Form a big circle and hold hands, then start knotting the circle. Go under hands, hop above hands... Once the circle is all knotted and outlandishly tight together, it would be time to unknot the circle and make it normal just the way it was...

9.FOCUS UP
Form a big circle and when the teacher says "focus up", all the students in the circle point and look up. When she/he says "focus down" each student will point at someone in front of/next to him/her. If two point at each other they both sit down until only 2 are left (if number is even) or 1 left (if number is odd).
