I blink dazed at what I see, “Am I in heaven?” I croak out as I look at the wispy clouds around me. “No silly you are on Mount Olympus” my mother replies. So, I guess it’s true my mom is Artemis and if health class taught me anything it’s that her title the Virgin Goddess has to be revoked….
“Mother why did I pass out?", I ask. She is silently staring at me and I can tell she is choosing her words carefully. “Well, there is something you should know and that is why put a spell on a human man to make him believe he was your father, because I had an affair with Ares the God of War and we wanted to keep it secret. I am sorry we didn’t know you being unclaimed as a full god would make the protection spells try to attack you and push you away from the demigods place of sanctuary.
"So, since I am the daughter of Artemis and Ares that makes me a god; a child of the gods; a godchild...." I ramble out. Yes, it does she answers back. "Do I have powers than!?", I ask. "As soon as you claim your title you shall", mom answers me.
The a giant man with bugling muscles come up to me and hugs me, I guess I have just met my real dad... Now I wonder what kind of powers I'll have and which parent I'll be more like. First I think it is time to go over to the gods surrounding a heap of presents it seems they are catching up on my birthdays... I think I may like it here.
