A hulking figure in a toga approaches me and says in a thundering voice, "Daughter of Artemis I am Zeus and I hear you are the newest addition to the family!  What is your name young one? "My name is Kayla", I reply.  "What shall your true name be then young Kayla?" Zeus booms out.  "What do you mean by my true name?", I say uncertainly.  "Well it is the name you will be called for centuries in the future a name of power, and of beauty that you may choose yourself", he answers kindly.

"I want to be called Lunaya!" I say hurriedly.   He laughs and says "Your blood has spoken for you it seems, for your mother is closely entwined with the moon."  In a strong voice my body wills me to say "I am Lunaya, and I am Goddess of Weaponry and Grace!"

Then the presents are set at my feet by the gods and I deiced to open them in the order they were given to me. First I open a a box to find a shield of gold and silver with metal retractable spikes was given to me by Zeus; then Hera and Aphrodite give me a charm bracelet with beads of changing colors.  Hera whispers in my ear that the string will prevent pregnancy when worn and the beads will glow a color and the intensity of the glow will answer my questions about relationships and love.

Poseidon then comes forward and gives me a pearl on a golden chain which I put around my neck, he then tells me it will give me the ability to breath underwater and visit his underwater kingdom.

My Father hands me a blade that is silver, but tinted red with blood in has absorbed;  he tells me its' name is Bloodthirster and it can suck power out of the elements and use them it its advantage such as, if I held it up as a flaming arrow raced toward me it would consume the fire and burn all other's flesh it touches.

Athena gives me a belt that is black as midnight and has many sheaths and small compartments on it, which makes it look like a compacted capenter's belt though it is still very stylish in a way that is unexplainable; she says anything I put on this belt will always return to me and if I call for something in it it shall appear in my hand ready for use.

Apollo hands a a bow of silver and a quiver of arrows he says will never empty and will never miss their mark.

Hermes gives me a horn which he says will be heard to him no matter where either of us are; last but not least Hephaestus gives me a sheath of silver with black diamonds adorning it and tells me with it I can summon any weapon of my choice from his forge at anytime no matter where I am.

Surrounded by magical object I never felt so sure of myself.  That only lasted five minutes beacuase that is what it took for my parent to get the nerve to sit down and talk with me....
