Этожелание смерти...Этожелание смерти... Was it? Was it really? It might of well of been...
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
"You're being really brave..." Lukas smiled, looking down at me. "We're almost there..."
Ever since Roman had told me this would be a death wish, I felt like I could die any second. I didn't understand why we had to do this, but there must've been a decent reason. I stuck close to Lukas, who was now in his own cloak. It was exactly like Nikolai's, but the blue was a lighter, brighter color. He held a halberd, a staff like axe, who blade shone in the sunlight.
I looked infront of me, only to see Roman arguing with Vlad about who was the better sensor, and Arkadi walking alongside them with an amused look in his eyes. I tried not to think about certain death, but it was alot harder than it seemed...
"We're quite a group..." I absently said, cracking a small smile. We were all so different, yet somehow we were all alike.
"I don't understand it either..." Lukas laughed, twirling his halberd at his side. I smiled faintly, going back to my own thoughts.
'You're like assassin royalty...' I told myself, quoting Lukas' previous words. Me? Royalty? That couldn't be right... Could it? I'm just a girl...
'Just a girl?'
The voice split through my skull like a knife through warm butter. What the hell?
I forced myself back into reality, forgetting the voice had ever called out.
"Damn, my head hurts..." I seethed, gritting my teeth.
"You okay kiddio?" Lukas asked cautiously, looking at me with concern. "We can take a break if we need to..."
"I'm... Fine... Just a h-headache." I sighed, stumbling over my words. "Let's just get this over with Luka..."
...It was way more than just a headache.

I was feeling worse than before, like there was something crawling in my skull. Roman had offered to carry me, but I had a feeling it wasn't the smartest idea. The voice came back every now and again, saying things like:
'Don't ignore me.'
'We'll be merging soon.'
'Please, talk to me...'
I would always shake it off, and continue to trudge through the snow. Was I dying?
"Madie, we're here..." Arkadi said, snapping me out of my thoughts.
I looked up slowly, seeing a magnificent graveyard. Marked on each was the assassin crest, and the same set of words:
"Каждая жизнь потеряла всего лишь наследие выполнены..." (Every life lost is but a legacy fulfilled...) I read, brushing my fingers along the letters. I walked along, reading each name carefully, until I reached the largest tomb, a statue of a well built man in a black, gold, and crimson cloak towering above it. Kirill Sokolov...
"That's him." Vlad whispered, in awe himself. "He's the first viewer..."
The ring on my finger started glowing again, sending a red aura into the sky. the burning letters swirled into Kirill's cloak, the voice from earlier returning to me.
'FULFILL MY LEGACY.' It roared, practically shattering my skull. I felt possessed as I reached out for the statue, placing my hand onto the burning words on his chest. A jolt of energy shot up my spine, sending me to my knees. I was breathless. It felt like another soul was being crammed into my body. Vlad tried to run to my side, but Roman and Arkadi held him back. This pain was unbearable. I couldn't take it.
My head jerked back violently, a raw shout escaping my throat. I felt burned alive.
"IT HURTS!" I cried, slamming my face into the sidewalk. "GET IT OUT OF ME DAMMIT! MAKE IT LEAVE!"
'I'm sorry, I can't leave. It'll end soon...'
"GET OUT OF MY HEAD!" I yelled, repeatedly banging my head on the ground. What the hell was going on? Somebody HELP ME. Please...
"Dammit Roman, I can't watch this anymore!" Vlad shouted, running over to me. Lukas tried to pull him away, but he shook away from his grip.
"Vlad... Make the voice leave... P-please..." I stammered, holding my head in my hands. "GET OUT OF MY HEAD!"
'Listen to me. This has to happen, I'm almost done. You'll live, I promise. Just please, stop fighting. It'll be so much less painful...'
"I-I'm sorry... I-It just hurts too much..." I whimpered, trying to calm down. "It hurts so much..."
Vlad knelt infront of me, bewildered.
"Madie...?" He asked, still giving me that deer-in-the-headlights expression.
"I-It's okay now... He's almost d-done Vlad..." I coughed, blood pouring from my jaws. "Almost done..."
I reached out for him, falling forward into his arms. I looked back to the statue again, noticing the red letters had faded away. Well, not exactly... The words spun around my own cloak, and slowly started to bind around my waist.
"Agraah!" I shouted, as the grip intensified. A mess of blood proceeded to pour from my mouth, and I didn't bother trying to stop it. Vlad could do nothing but watch, along with Luka, Arkadi, and Roman. I couldn't breathe anymore. Each helpless breath I tried to take left me feeling even sicker.
"This really was a death wish..." I whispered, looking up at Vlad. I wondered how helpless I looked in that moment. He stared at me, expressionless.
"Roman..." He growled, turning around to. "Why the HELL would you make her do this you bastard? You knew this was going to happen to her... You said it yourself. A DEATH WISH."
I flicked my gaze to Roman to see his response. As blurry as my vision was, I could still make out the furious expression on his face.
"I'm the bastard? You know we had to do this. You're too blinded by petty love to understand. You're the BASTARD! The creed comes first Vladimir James. And don't you dare defy me." He growled. "She's different. You knew that. You damn well knew that. You can't blame that on me. You WON'T blame that on me. You know she has t-"
Suddenly, my hearing went. Has to do what? What do I have to do!? I can't pass out. No! I have to hear this!
I can't pass out...
I can't pass...
I can't...
I...

*As told by Arkadi
~Never done his POV before, hope you like it Micha! :)
They hadn't noticed Madelyn had died. Or passed out at least. They just went on yelling.
"HEY!" I shouted, catching their attention. They both snapped their heads toward me, surprised I had interjected. I was a generally quiet person, but it didn't mean I couldn't get angry. I think I proved that already.
"While both of you 'bastards' were busy yelling at each other, did you bother to notice that the poor girl is probably DEAD!"
Vlad looked down at her when I said this, seeing her limp figure.
'She was the only one who understood me.' I thought to myself. I felt pain pierce my blind eye, biting the inside of my cheek in attempt to focus myself on something else.
Luka stood motionless beside me, looking at me in shock. I'd known him for awhile, and knew how he operated. He couldn't take too much before he shut down. He was strong sure, but he buckled easily under pressure. That was his weakness. Everyone has a weakness. Mine lies within my family. Same with Madelyn.
Everyone was silent, still. The burning words were long gone on Madie, no longer strangling her. I don't think she would die, but I knew she wouldn't be the same. She had a completely different soul injected into her. And now, she had an all new destiny to fulfill other than just avenging her family.
...I was sure about that.
