I feel a tap on my sholder as im sitting on the bus I open my eyes and take my earphones off to see my friend alice practically my sister we both are 17 and ran away from our foster home I meat her in the bus station and we now travel together
"Look were passing a lake " she telks me pointing outside
"ya, we pass a lake every five hours " I tell her
than the lake was barely visible, with all the trees were passing, I closed my eyes and put my earphones bake on than after an hour I felt another tap on my sholder
"I dont care if were passing another lake alice " I say with my earphones on and my eyes still closed , than I felt one of my earphones pulled off by alice
"dude what the hell " I say anoyed but sounded calm
" its not a lake, its a town "
" I don't give " I say closing my eyes about to put my earphones on again
when she stops me halfways
" look its caled Greenland "
I instantly shoot my eyes open remembering that name

"mom why do I have to go to sleep so early its Friday not cool, not cool at all"
" I know not cool but I think a seven year old, need sleep"
"not on a Friday" I whine
"how about I let you sleep late tommrow, I think Saturday s are better anyways"
"fine" I say, than my mom gives me a kiss on the head and I hear the door open reveling my dad
"aaaa, finally mom puts the little energetic machine down"
" ya but tommrow I stay up extra late" I tell him
"great" he seas sarcastically and he gives me a kiss they both say 'goodnight' and leave
acuple minutes later I hear the door bell ring I get out of my bead and walk outside my room to the stairs
"COME IN" I yell im so use to doing that
it was my aunt Karen she came in scared
" they found us" my aunt karen said
my parents looked at each other than at me
"Keira honey go to your room now "
"ok" I said than pretend to walk to my room til they turned to my aunt again
" I just found mom, dad, and jhon dead" said my aunt
"what, how?" my mom said
"I dont know "
" grandma, grandpa, and uncle jhon, dead I whispered to myself
"Keira" my mom said
"were is she " aunt karen asked
"in her room"
" ill get her you get the stuff " aunt Karen said to my parent's
I then ran back into my room and jumped on my bed pretending to be asleep, and i heard the door open slowly I heard foot steps getting closer and closer and two arms on mine, it was aunt karen
