First day of kindergarten
She was right there by my side, gripping my hand like it was the last time she was gonna be able to.
"Go put these where you'd like to sit" our teacher said, handing us both a name tag. We made our way to find a table that had 2 available seats and placed our name tags at the top of the desk.
"Welcome class," the teacher spoke as everyone sat down. "My name is Ms. James. I am your teacher this year and I'm so happy to have you."
The rest of elementary school was a blur. 7th grade, the first year of middle school, absolutely sucked! But I pushed through because my best friend was by my side.
Just like elementary school, middle school was a blur. But in 9th grade, the first year of high school, I got a boyfriend. His name was Brandon. Ashley had already had many boyfriends throughout middle school, but no boy had ever gotten between us.
With one lie, that all changed.
AN: Heyy guys! I know, I know. This is a pretty short chapter but I had to erase a lot of it because I started getting into things I planned for the oncoming chapters. What do you think of it?
