*Nicole's POV*

"Way to ruin the happy reunion, Sam," Jo said, taking a seat on top of the bar table.

Ellen sighed. "Of course, I can. Otherwise, you wouldn't be here." She took a shot of whiskey. "I have Ash working on the demon trails all over the U.S. and they have been going on around your side of town,' she said as she directed a map of demons sighted around the bunker, 'the entire thing is filled with hot spots. All making a circle around your little hideout."

"Do you know why they would do this? How do they even know what's there, the bunker is very hidden."

Jo starts to speak, "We have no idea. But, it almost looks like they are building a barrier like they are protecting this area."

"Why would it be doing that?"

Before I could do anything else, I feel a large object hit my head. Everything is black, what is happening?

*Sam's POV*

Nicole is fine one second and then the next one she is on the ground and a figure is standing behind where she was. I immediately recognize what it was, "Lucifer. Why are you here?"

He laughed, squatting down and stroking Nicole's hair. "I just need to borrow your little pet here and I will be on my way." The smile that Lucifer gives off is absolutely unnerving.

Dean stands up, an angel blade aimed at Lucifer, "Like hell."

Lucifer just smirks more, "As you wish."

Suddenly, everything was on fire, like it was hell... Oh, the irony. Nicole was on the ground, her hair had caught fire, she wouldn't last much longer. The building started to collapse already. I saw the flames lick at her but she wasn't really burning. I guess you don't do that when you are a demon of her caliber. Her hair wasn't as lucky, it was already half the size it used to be. She's just lucky it wasn't her life. Dean was already getting a drunken Ash out. I don't know where Ellen and Jo were, hopefully, they were out.

I picked up Nicole in my arms. There were falling pieces of the Roadhouse everywhere. The wood of the building was burning up quickly. The run to the doors felt like forever in the heat of the flames. To make matters worse, the doors wouldn't budge and the flames were getting closer. I set Nicole down and started to ram the door. Black spots were appearing in my eyes when the door finally broke down. I picked up Nicole in my arms again, trying to put her relit hair out the entire time but the flames were stubborn and wouldn't go out of her hair on the run. Once we are safely outside I laid Nicole down and stomped the embers out. The dark sky was soon coated with a thick layer of soot clouds.

Fire licked the sky and I catch a glimpse of Dean and Ash. They are hardly visible in the dark of night. Sounds of ambulances filled the air and I just couldn't stay awake anymore.

-The Next Morning-

The beeping of a heart monitor is the first thing that greeted me next to the blinding white light on my face that could only mean I was in the hospital. Fun.

"He's awake."

I turned my head to see a nurse in Garfield scrubs filling out paperwork looking very unhappy. I am about to get up but a searing pain erupts in my head.

"Slow down cowboy. You hit your head on something and you blacked out before the building burnt down. You better consider yourself lucky you didn't pass out sooner."

"Where is everyone that was in the building?"

"Well, the Harvelle's are already up and out of here. Staying at a friend's house while he is gone. Bobby, I think."
