All hell broke loose on the streets. Still on patrol, a steel robot was shooting at a tall muscular young man. It was strange, the cyborgs would never harm people, unless they broke a rule. Large black vans rushed and stopped leaving a screeching sound. Men came out with long, stick like taser weapons. He was so screwed, I thought with a bit of humor at his stupidity.
The men weren't after for him. They we're after the cyborg. I was confused.
Didn't he anger the cyborg for a reason? I shot a glance at Anna, she was looking at me. She had the same curiosity in her eyes. I took another quick peek at the young man again, he was standing on the curb of the road. He was watching the men take control of the angry cyborg.
He looked around at his surroundings and his gaze hit mine.
I froze, he had nearly perfect brown orbs of eyes. His hair was an amazing sandy brown. He was very.... cute.
He strongly broke his gaze from mine and ran towards the men that had destroyed the cyborg. The men were extremely disappointed at him. I was unusually curious.
"Nichole." Anna called me, I silently looked at her.
"Are you okay?" She noticed that I was frozen and still.
"Y...Yeah." I finally choked out.
Everyone started to walk away as the cyborg was taken off the ground and thrown into the trunk of the black van.
They finished yelling at the young man, driving away, the men left him there. I watched his facial expression. Nothing. His face remained blank.
"Let's get out of here." Anna insisted. I looked at her and nodded a small nod.
She took a hold of my shoulder to help me lead the way while I was looking at the mysterious young man I found so attractive.
I looked at Anna with a blank face. She was looking at me with a huge grin on her face.
"W-what?" I choked.
"Nothing, you were just staring at him." she immediately blurted out.
"He was just cute that's all." I confessed, feeling a slight blush on my cheeks.
"Oooookay." She beamed.
"He's just cute okay? I don't even know the dude." I argued.
She did not answer, she just held the grin on her face. Its was silent for a moment until I broke the silence.
"So, about the wedd-" She immediately cut me off.
"Oh yes! I need you to help me pick out a pretty dress!" She implied excitedly.
She grabbed her phone out of her pocket and shoved a picture of this huge, puffy pink dress in my face.
"You want to wear THAT piece of crap?" I replied with a large amount of humor in my voice.
"What?! I want to look like a pretty princess for my wedding okay?" She confessed embarrassed.
"You need something, bold and chic. Not pink" I stated with a bit of irritation in my voice.
"Like?"
"Well..... like a fitting, small, sleek dress. Not big, little girlish, princess dress."
"Oh"
"Yeah" I reminded her.
"Let's look for a wedding store around the corner!" I acknowledged her. Her face instantly lit up.
"Ok!"
"There's one across the street on the left of that little bakery."
"Okay then, lets go" I smiled.
