Forbidden Love Triangle: Aria, Ezra, Jackie...

"Jackie, I promise to love forever and ever! Will you marry me?" Ezra said as the couple sat out on the balcony at a fancy restaurant.

"Oh Ezra! Of course!" Jackie responded gleefully.

Ezra was relieved. He had stood in front of the mirror for three hours practicing before he decided he would just go classically.

"Jackie! I'm going to check out my new school!" Ezra yelled from the doorway of Jackie's apartment.

"You make it sound like you're a student" Jackie called from the couch with a laugh.

"I'll see you later" he said trying to ignore Jackie's comment. He didn't want to remember those days of being a student instead of getting to teach. The only class he ever payed attention to was English. Ezra had always had a passion for English and now he had the privilege of getting to teach it to aspiring author and others.

Ezra jumped in the car and drove off towards Rosewood High School. As he drove, he thought about all the things that had happened to him recently. He just got engaged. To Jackie Molina. The on and off relationship of his life. They had just got back on. He hoped he didn't rush into it. Of course he didn't. Did he? He also thought about how he was going to pay his brother back for the ring he bought Jackie. What, did you think he could pay it off with his little teacher's salary alone? He had to get another job.

He pulled into Rosewood High and parked in the designated teachers' parking lot. He got out and headed to his classroom. He got there and straightened everything up to make sure it looked perfect for the start of the school year. He wanted to make a good impression on his new student.

After he had put every book into place and had all his paper in a neat stack in his desk and made sure there was not one speck on his board, he thought he'd go check out the rest of the school, you know memorize where everything is. He didn't want to have to embarrass himself and either wander the halls looking for the teachers' lounge or ask a student where it was. He shuddered at the thought. He wanted this job to go perfectly.

Once he made sure he knew where everything was in the school, he decided to head out. But instead of going home something compelled him to go to the pub. It's not like he drank often but for some reason he just didn't want to head back just yet.

Ezra was sitting at the bar when someone came in and sat next to him. He look over. "WOW!!!" Was all he thought. That girl was amazing. "Ezra, your engaged now" he told himself. They got talking and stuff. The time flew.

"Oh my gosh I have to go," she said and took off.

Ezra sat there thinking. "What am I getting myself into?"
