I'll probably add more than just these so stay tuned for that and I'll try not to give you many author's note cause I know those are boring at times. So there probably next to none and only when absolutely necessary. Also I might do some character q&a's cause those are hilarious and you guys can ask me anything. Alright I'm done rambling. On with the story!!!
*********************************** Your POV
Finally. You can finally get back at those bastards for what they did to your family and everything you care about. You take a deep breath and get out of bed. Today was the day that you choose what corps you want to join. Also known as graduation day. You shower and quickly get dressed and make your way to the mess hall where you find your three closest friends: Armin, Mikasa, and Eren. You go and sit next to Mikasa, who surprisingly hugs you. Did you forget something important or something like that?You then notice that Eren and Armin aren't there, just Mikasa. Huh that's weird. You look around and see the leaders of the different regiments were there but that isn't new. You make eye contact with a pair of stormy gray eyes. You don't hold the gaze to save yourself from embarrassment as you look around without an expression on your face. You then see the doors open and see Eren and Armin walk in singing happy birthday to you. Oh right it's your birthday. It had completely slipped your mind. You remained expressionless until they neared you and you let a small smile slip. You were surprised they remembered. Everyone had joined in. Even some of the leaders like Commander Eyebrows (sorry I had to) and the Titan crazed woman known as Hanji. The boys had placed a small cake in front of you. You thought about how they managed to get one since you weren't really allowed to get one, but nonetheless you were grateful.
"Thanks guys. I can't believe you remembered." You said trying to show a little happiness in your voice since you don't show much emotion often if not ever. Well ever since that horrible day at least.
~Flashback~

You stand still as you watch the city of Shiganshina fall to the Titans. You were twelve at the time and were sitting with your twin brother Jackson, Eren, Armin, and Mikasa by the river that ran through the city. You felt an earthquake but you knew something was wrong. You stood up and they stared at you.

"Y/l, what wrong?" Mikasa questioned. You two were close enough to each other to know that you both had a good sense of when something was definitely wrong and this was one of those moments.

"Something's wrong. That wasn't a normal earthquake." You look up at Wall Maria. You saw a hand wrapped around the top of the wall. Then all hell broke lose. A 60 meter Titan peered over the top of the 50 meter wall. Chaos pursued in the streets. You grabbed your brother's arm and start running, but not before you yell at the others.

"RUN BACK YOU YOUR HOUSES!! GET YOUR FAMILY AND MEET US AT THE BOATS!!!"

Mikasa nods and grabs Eren and Armin's arms and ran in the opposite direction of you. Jackson and you ran back to the house to only see it destroyed. That could only mean one thing. The Titans were in the city. We spotted something move in the rubble and saw that it was your mother. Your brother went to try and save her but they both were picked up by a seven meter Titan with a huge creepy smile. You looked around to try and find something to help you take it down. You saw on the ground a Garrison regiment soldier dead but his 3D Maneuvering Gear was still intact. You quickly put it on, only to see your mother get eaten first by the monstrosity of a creature. You shot up to a roof top and if by instinct, started running at the Titan. You saw your brother get lifted up almost to the mouth. He shouted at you:

"Y/n!!! I love you!! Save yourself and stay alive!!!"

"NO JACKSON IM SAVING YOU YOURE GONNA MAKE IT!!"

"My time has come sis. Take care of yourself." And with that you witnessed your brother get eaten. Pure fury and adrenaline was pumping through your veins. You hurled yourself at the nape of the titan's neck, slice it and killing the Titan. You start toward the ship after you passed Han, who was resting with Eren and Mikasa. He looked at you in awe.

"How did you do that, y/n? You have no training yet you reacted just as fast and skilled as if you had."

"Instinct I guess. What's wrong with Eren??"

"His mom-"

"Say no more. I know what happened." You look at Eren, "Eren, you're okay but we need to get to the boat so get up and keep going. Keep your promise to your mom like I'll keep mine with my brother and parents." As you said this he looked up and tried to speak.

"Y/n, I'm so-"

"Don't apologize. There was nothing you could do. Let's just get to the boat and live so we can stop these bastards from hurting anyone else."

~End of Flashback~
"Of course we would remember. That's what friends do." Armin says while Mikasa and Eren nod in agreement. You were two years older than them, so you were now 17, but that didn't matter to them. They were family and to them, age didn't matter.
Later that evening
You had officially graduated and were instantly moving to the Survey Corps. You were the top of you class. With Mikasa coming second after you. You were already chosen to join a squad if you were to join them. You walk over to Commander Erwin of the Survey Corps, who by the way had the bushiest eyebrows you had ever seen. You also see Hanji, the Titan crazy woman who unfortunately was your cousin. That's right this obsessive woman is your cousin. She runs over to you before you could see who else was standing there and gives you a bone crushing hug. You love her dearly but she can get out of hand and is sometimes too blunt, but it's not on purpose plus you hide your emotions very well due to the fact you locked them away so they wouldn't get in the way. Sure you smile once every blue moon but that's about it. As she hugs you, she releases an ear splitting screech.

"OH MY GOD I CANT BELIEVE YOU JOINED US I NOW GET YOU SEE YOU EVERY DAY THIS IS THE GREATEST!!!!"

You sigh and tell her,"Hanji if you don't let me go, when we get back I will set free your precious test subjects just to kill them while you watch." You say as threatening as possible, which results in her letting me go quickly and hiding behind another man standing there with and expressionless face just as good as yours, if not better. He looks at me before saying,

"Tch, couldn't have said it better myself. Levi Ackerman."

"Yeah I know who you are. Y/n l/n. Pleasure."
