Demi's POV
8 months later...
Today I gave a birth to a beautiful baby girl named Delilah Elizabeth Lovato. She is seven pounds and eight ounces. She has jet black hair and the most gorgeous blue eyes. Simon's been holding for the past hour rocking her back and forth gently. You can see the pure joy in his eyes. Despite his fear, you can tell that he's always wanted to be a father. I think he's going to be a pretty great one.
As for our plans for the future, they're quite big. Simon's expanding his company outside of L.A. He's building offices in New York City, Chicago, Miami, and Phoenix. The success of his company has skyrocketed in the past year. More artists than ever are just begging to be signed by the genius that is my husband. For me, I'm taking some time off from music to be a mother. It's crucial for a mother to spend a lot of time with her child, especially during the first year or so. I love music with all my heart, but my fans are very supportive of my decision. I think it'll be healthy to have a break. Plus Simon's supported me for six months on tour, now it's my time to support him.
That's what a marriage is. It's not only showing love to your significant other, but it's to support each other. Through thick and thin, sickness and health, etc. I've dealt with a lot of trauma throughout my life, but now my life is finally track. The future is looking bright and I couldn't ask for things to be any better. Simon and I are truly happy.
