As I walk along the brittle foliage path, doing my best to veer in between trees and uphold sweet conversation, my eyes find it hard to adjust to the forest that at this time is leaden with tiredness.
We nervously laugh through the murky dampness of the forest. Both knowing we have each other we walk on bravely waiting for the unexpected to happen.
We can see light. We are near the end. I turn to my right to see the moon illuminating her gentle skin. That's when she tilted towards me, holding her breath. I froze in place. My first ever kiss.
Breath taking, captivating, nerve trembling, stomach spiralling. An all powerful force of nature. But beautiful in every sense and for every sence.
