Chapter 6: Day 2

//Sollux's P.O.V//

I woke up the next day to see it was morning.I looked to see Eridan was still sleep, I blushed lightly.'He's so cute when he's asleep like that.' I got off the hospital bed careful not to wake Eridan up.Just then a nurse came in and said "You have some more guests" she then steeped out of the way and went back to work.Karkat,Kanya, Feferi, Nepeta and Tavros came in."What are you guyth doing here?" I asked."We came to see you but mostly Eridan." Kanya explained."What happened to Eridan?" Nepeta asked as she walked over to Eridan."I..." I started."Two dayth ago Eridan had jumped off his roof and shattered his entire thinal (Spinal) cord and back of his skull...in attempt to kill himself." I explained.Karkat and the others where shocked."Oh cod!Is Eridan going to be alright!?"Feferi asked."Actually....he only has two more days to live..." I was begging to cry again an Kanya rushed to my side and huge me."I'm sorry" She said ."It's not you're fault." I replied."I'm staying here until he dies" "If that's what you want then who am I to judge" Kanya said.They all hugged me in one giant group hug and then let go."Thankth." I said."Hey where here for you." Feferi said before they left.Just than Eridan woke up."Thup ED." I said."How long have you been awake?" Eridan asked."Not very long I replied."Kanya,Karkat,Nepeta and Tavros came to visit us."

//Eridan's P.O.V//

"What...I thought we agreed not to tell them." I said "I'm so confused."Yeag but KK texted me last night and I had no choice but to tell him where I was...guess he told the others." Sollux explained."Oh ok." I said in understandment." I understand" "thankth for underthanding." Sollux said."No problem." I smiled."You know, I'm gal I get to spend the last few days of my life with you Sol." I said wich made Sollux blush."Thankth ED"  Sollux said.I tried scooting up on the hospital bed so my back was against the pillows.I looked to the side and at the ground.I saw that Sollux ha brought some of my stuff.I figured it was him since no one else ever came to my house with the one exception of Feferi."Hey Sol." I said.He looked up at me."Could you get me my headphones and phone?" "Thure" Sollux said as he went over to the bedside and grabbed my phone and headphones.He handed them to me and I took them."Thanks" I said."No problem." He replied.i plugged the headphones into my phone and put the headphones into my ears.I put the password into my phone which was 'Hope' and went into my playlist.Selected the song 'Lies' by 'Marianna an the diamonds' I closed my eyes as I turned off my phone.I listens to the beautiful melody of the song.It was nice to just relax and listen to music.I opened my eyes to see Sollux staring out the window.His 3D glasses glistened in the sunlight .The sunset also reflected off his hair,face,shirt and arms.'God he's beautiful' I thought blushing.This got me thinking 'should I tell him how I feel?...' I thought.I took one of my ear buds out."Sollux..." He looked at me ,"I...never mind." I said.'I'll tell hi on my last day alive.' I thought as I put my earbud back in.Sollux had gone back to looking out the window.God everything about him is perfect to me!From the way he looks to the way he talks with a lisp.His black hair was perfect.Ad Sollux's eyes...they where beautiful.,it's like looking at the ocean glistening in the moonlight..I smiled and blushed even more at that thought.

//Sollux's P.O.V//

I glanced over to see Eridan's face was all red.'oh no....is he getting a fever?' I wondered as I got up an went over to him."Hey are you ok?...you look like you're burning up." I said as I touché his forehead.with my hand."You're face I red but you're not really warm." I said.Man was I an idiot.i dismissed it and went back to my spot.As I looked out the window there was only one thing on my mind.'Eridan....Eridan....ED...' I rarely called him ED when I discovered him laying on the ground bleeding.After a while I snapped out of my thoughts and saw it was dark outside.The lights of the city where the only source of light.I looked over to see Eridan fast asleep with his earbuds still in."Thilly Eridan." I said as I went over and took his earbuds out and paused the music.I set his phone and earbuds down on the table next to the hospital bed.I was at the front door of the room but stopped.I quickly ran over to Eridan and kissed him on the forehead and said,"Goodnight my prince sleep well." Before leaving.I closed the door and proceeded to walk out of the hospital.i walked down to the road to my appartment.
