TringTring as usual my alarm started ringing in my ears. I extended my hand to stop it and thank god it stopped. I got up rubbed my eyes and went down to see my parents in the living room. Mom was making breakfast and dad was reading newspaper. I greeted them"good morning". And they returned it with "Good morning Darling" my mom said "Go get ready for ur day". I kissed her checks and went upstairs to get ready for the day. I went in the bathroom and took a long hot shower. Then i wrapped my towel against my body and went near my closet. I picked out a simple outfit which was a skinny jeans and a pink crop top. I dried my hair and pulled it up in a high ponytail and applied some make up and I was ready for the day. I went to my drawing room where my dad was doing something with my dream board. Just then he noticed my presence in the room and asked me "What are you doing here in the room ?"."I should be asking you that,I guess."I replied with a smile, he said, "Oh!Yeah it's your board ,I'm sorry I think I should go now" "But what was u doing here" i asked him firmly. "Nothing, just seeing your dream board" he explained then he kissed my check and left the room. Then i went towards my dream board and started admiring the picture and places i want to visit.... Then suddenly, i noticed something stuck on the board. I picked it up and saw that there were two envelopes stuck there. I opened the first one it was a letter by some University. Which was the 'Oxford University'. The letter read that my admission was confirmed and I can join the University from the coming week. OMG!!I just couldn't believe that I am going to my dreamland . I started jumping like a five years old kid who got her favourite candy . I noticed one more letter . Oh! This day is full of surprises . The letter was from my parents . It said Dear Jenny, We know it was your dream to go to states and study there and we know how happy you would be after getting ur tickets. So i and ur dad thought to gift it to you right now. As the University will be starting from the end of this month, so good luck and do ur best. We will miss you alot😢 Love, Parents I was literally crying by the end of the letter and it was the happiest moment of my life . I just couldn't believe that i was going to my dreamland . Now i have only one week to pack my things . And i am damn excited ...
