The Introduction

I slid into class a couple minutes late. The teacher was either too blind to notice or too lazy to care. I felt eyes on me as i went and sat down in my scheduled seat, which was a normal occurrence here at school. I was pretty well known here, and I'm quite proud of that fact. Even people who haven't heard of me turn their head to stare, I didn't exactly blend in with the crowd. My maroon, shoulder- length hair and lip piercing wasn't exactly common. Neither were my tattoo's that wrapped around my arms, collarbone, and shoulder blades. But I'm proud of the way I look, and quite honestly I fucking rock this style (many guys seem to agree).

I looked in front of me to see the back of Daniel's head, hunched over, concentrating on his classwork. Remembering the talk I had with Steph got me wondering if the rumors about him hating girls was true. I decided right then and there to talk to him after class. I was growing more and more curious about this mysterious boy, he seems like he could keep me interested for a good week; more than most of the guys I've hooked up with.

Before I knew it, the bell rang, signaling the end of class. I grabbed my bag and stood from my seat, ready to escape the hellhole called class. I saw Daniel walking through the doorway and pushed some students out of the way to catch up with him. Finally finding Daniel in the hallway, I walked beside him and bumped his shoulder in order to get his attention. It worked. He turned his head and acknowledge me silently.

I grinned the heart-breaking smile that makes every guys heart skip a beat, my strongest weapon, "Hello there, handsome."

He blushed in response. Aw, how cute! His naturally dark brown hair fell right above his bright blue eyes and his black rimmed glasses looked extremely sexy on him. I must say, he pulls of that hot nerd look really well.

"My name is Seraphiel, feel free to call me Sera."

I grinned in a friendly manner. Then he reacted in a way that nobody could've expected. His eyes widened for a split second, almost quick enough for me not to notice, then he narrowed them in a way that made it seem like hatred. Hatred? He hated me? But what did I do? I wondered. Once I'd thought that, he took his chance to turn away from me, leaving me speechless and embarrassed.

Someone ignored me? But, nobody ignores me, much less a measly little nerd.

I harrumphed and crossed my arms, turning away on my heel. Right then and there, was the moment I made a decision that changed my life.

I'm going to make that loser fall for me, if it's the last thing I do.

Little did I know, that doing so really would be the last thing I do.
