HI, ANYONE WHO IS READING THIS! (EVEN THOUGH AT THIS POINT I'LL BE HONEST I THINK I'M PROBABLY TALKING TO MYSELF HERE)
I am going to be taking 'I AM THE ALPHA' down in a matter of days. I read through everything I've published and I've realised it reads like it was written by a 13-year-old, which in all fairness it was. Alas, I'm nearly 17 now so it's time I put some serious effort into this novel and write it the way it should have been written the first time round. I'd like to apologise to my readers for publishing chapters that are short and pretty terrible. I see now that this book lacked serious quantity and quality writing, which I will be fixing as of now. Please forgive my discontinuous tense, it killed me when I read through it.
I have decided to change the name of this book, as I feel it's not publish-worthy, and again sounds like it belongs on a 13-year-old girl's bookshelf. I also want my book to have an original title, 'I AM THE ALPHA' was by no stretch an original title, as I'm sure there are tonnes of books in the werewolf category under the same name.
I won't be publishing the re-write up here until I get a decent way through it, so I can then publish a chapter a week. That could take anywhere from 2 to 3 months, though unless something serious happens where I am unable to write, the first chapter will 100% be published on the 25th of June. The 25th is the maximum deadline, but if all goes well, and I get enough time to write it may be up in mid-May.
I'd like to say a massive thank-you to anyone who has read 'I AM THE ALPHA' up to this point or even just the first chapter. I know my writing ethic has been a pain in the ass, for that I'm sorry. From the first chapter I published, I have been continually shocked by the reads my book has gotten, and for this book to have had 8.1 thousand reads in a year I am so happy.
Hopefully, my re-write will be able to entice my readers back, and attract lots of new readers too.
