Lap 99. Last lap of the race. Spencer Davis leading, Todd Gilliland 2nd. Both drivers in the championship hunt. Davis' car blows a tire and hits the wall and flips into traffic, top of the car falls off, cracks his neck and is rushed into the ER where he is still alive but will be out for the rest of the season. Spencer Davis Racing looks for a replacement for the rest of the season while Davis is recovering in the hospital.
