Last night was a very memorable night for me. I got to kissed Sab on her birthday. Matagal ko ng alam ang birthday niya pero parang di niya ito cinecelebrate kaya ako nalang ang gumawa ng paraan para maging masaya siya sa kaarawan niya.

And mission accomplished.

Hapon na ngayon at nandito ako sa isang fast food restaurant kumakain ng snack.

“Kumusta na kaya si Sab?” tanong ko sa sarili ko sabay lamon sa pagkain na inorder ko nang biglang may narinig akong pamilyar na boses galing sa likod ko.

“Yow, man!” sabi niya.

Tiningnan ko ang nasa likod ko at nakita ko si Drew na may kasamang babae at may kausap sa phone.

“Ahh…babe, wait lang ha!” paalam niya sa babaeng kaharap niya.

“Sure.” Ng babae.

BABE? May syota siya? Kailan pa? Bakit siya nakikipagdate kay Sabrina? I smell something odd going on.

Tapos tumayo siya at tumungong cr. Sinundan ko siya at nakayukong pumasok sa isang cubicle doon at nakikining sa one sided conversation nila.

“ha? oo! Oo! Basta ako ang bahala! Napapayag ko na siya kagabi so pupunta siya! Dadalhin ko siya sa club house man! I’m always sure! Duda ka ata eh! Mamayang gabi, ipapakita ko sayo kung paano ko siya paiiyakin. Hahaha….Man, you’re questioning my capabilities! Patay na patay sa akin yung taba na yun eh! Oh basta ang pustahan natin ah! don’t forget! You’re goingdown!Haha..Her name is Sabrina! Okay man, got to go! My gf’s waiting outside.”

Narinig kong pahina ng pahina ang footsteps at mukhang palabas na siya sa cr. I kicked the cubicle door and cussed.

“OH SHIT! HE’S NOT GOING TO DO THAT TO SABRINA! SHIT!” nasuklay ko yung buhok ko gamit ang aking kamay. “I have to tell Sab about this! I’ll kill that stupid jerk!” I said with gritted teeth as I clenched my fist.

Around 6 pm

Pumunta ako sa bahay nila Sab at alam kong hindi magsasabi yung mama niya kung nasaan siya kaya pumunta ako sa bintana ng kwarto niya.

I gently knocked it but no one’s answering and then I noticed that there’s no one inside.

“Pumunta na nga siya sa club kasama yung balasubas na lalaking yun!”

Dali dali akong pumunta ng club at pumasok ako. Nagngitngit ako sa galit ngayon at the same time nag aalala kay Sab. Hindi ko kayang makita siyang umiyak dahil lang sa hayop na yun! Kailangan ko siyang pigilan. I cant’ afford to see her breakdown. I love that piggy. Yes, you’ve read it right, I really love her.

And there I saw Sab na lumabas sa isang kwarto. “SAB!” I shouted so that she can hear me but the music is way louder than my voice.

“SAB!” I shouted again habang nakikipagsiksikan sa mga taong sumasayaw para lang makalapit ako sa kanya.

And finally, nakalabas na rin ako sa empyernong yun. I wiped my sweat on my forehead using my hand and got out.

I searched for Sab but she’s already gone. Where did she go? I heave out a huge sigh and began walking, still searching for her.

“Naman oh! nasaan na ba yung taba na yun! Kainis ha!” maktol ko habang naglalakad at di ko alam kung saan ako patungo. “I have to warn her! Tsk!”

Hanggang sa dinala ako sa isang park na punung puno ng christmas lights. Shine bright like a diamond? Seriously, it’s beautiful.

My eyes were scanning the environment unitl it stopped to a certain girl while her eyes were closed. I sighed in relief.

“Sab.” I whispered as I was walking towards her.
